I have a co worker who would like me to coach him in exercise and nutrition. I will be writing up a diet and exercise routine, and monitoring him 5 days a week. I won't be there for every workout, but that's the only part left out. I told him I would help free of charge but he insists on paying me because his last trainer charged $100 an hour. I have a number floating around and I'm thinking $100-$200 a month. Too much or too little?

Its up to you, thats a cheap price for training but this sounds like a pro bono deal for a friend so just take a few bucks and enjoy it.

$100-$200 a month is way too low for the amount of time that program will take for you to create and all the other assistance you'll provide him.

Are you worth $100-$200 per month?
