If you think of pulling the bar apart, it may help to keep your back tight.

they said to wedge with my hands. i didnt understand what that meant, and i'm having the worst time in hell low bar squatting and need some freakin help from people

Your upper back probably isn't tight enough... Experiment with grip widths to see what works best and take a huge breath to keep everything tight.
