Introduction
I'll keep it simple. I used to be 170lbs and I just got less motivated and less strict with my diet and now I'm about 157lbs. I don't look noticeably smaller but I am. I want to finally break the ****ing p*ssy antics and reach 180lbs at a respectable bodyfat.

I have no gym, I can't afford it and even with a job I can't get to one (parents don't really support this). I do however have dumbbells, a bench, a pull up bar, an olympic bar and plates (plates are limited but should be fine I'll just increase reps in some lifts).

How it's going to work
Every Sunday I will post two new pictures along with a new weight. The pictures will be i) front relaxed and ii) back relaxed - keeping it simple.

This is to keep me motivated. IDC if I have limited equipment - I am either going to fail or succeed and I don't intend on failing.

Also, these are possible goals on the side for an ideal physique:

Chest
44 inches
Waist
31 inches
Hip
37 inches
Bicep
16 inches
Forearm
13 inches
Thigh
23 inches
Calve
15 inches
Neck
16 inches

Goal begins 14th November

a lot of people will usually check the log but not comment. just do the log for you and use it as motivation.

just curious what plates and weight are you working with right now?
how far can you progress strength wise?

and you dont have a school gym you can use?

Not really no, my old school that is local has a gym but it's more for women, no free weights or even a smith machine really. There are dumbbells and leg machines and stuff but mainly cardio.

I can't really progress with squat or deadlift, deadlift I can only increase reps.

Bench I can progress with dumbbells, and barbell can progress with barbell row, bicep curl, military press, pull up max etc

Dude, how much is a gym membership around where you live?

Dude, how much is a gym membership around where you live?

I don't know, I spend about 40 GBP on whey every two months now. Gym costs around 30 a month and I'd need to get a lift + walk a bit to get to it with a train stop also, train ticket cost like 2-3 GBP.

Or sh*tty gym is about 20 a month. I dunno it's not really ideal, I can't afford it really.
