Hello everyone,

I am new to these forums and am looking for help losing weight. I am currently at 290 lbs and my overall goal is 205 lbs. I have a good workout lifting plan, but I was hoping somebody could give me tips on what to do for a diet and what to do for supplements. I would like to get to 205lbs and look ripped. I have the body type to do so, I just need help with the diet and the supplements. Also, I am in college, so it is hard to eat right. That's why I am struggling with eating right. Thanks for the help!

Hey there.

I lost 14lb over 2 months by eating 6 small meals a day and 3 weekly sessions at the gym. (I could have lost more but in this period I was perfecting my diet and gym routine)

I normally eat:
Fruit n fibre with a banana for breakfast (asap after waking up)
Oranges and dried nuts
Grilled chicken breast (no skin) and small portion of rice
more fruit
Pre-gym - tuna and salad.
in the night i have 2 thin cut wholemeal toast with 3 eggs - poached or scrambled.

And drink nothing but water, at least 8 pints a day (this helps remove rubbish like ketones from the body)

Im a university student and also find it hard to keep diet on track due to being up late most nights finishing work. But make a few sacrifices and you will get there.

Good luck.
