Ok, so i believe im under 15% body fat. I look alot puffier then i believe i am because of the loose skin of losing almost 100lbs. Im 6'2'' about 190-192 depending. im about a week into my new supplements which is ECA RoxyLean, Optimum CLA, Glutamine, and ZMA and some Yomhimbe as well. one roxylean, one cla, 2 glutamine, 2 yohimbe in the morning. 1 roxylean one cla 2 yohimbe mid day and 2 glutamine and 3 ZMA at night.
Now to the problem. Like i said im about a week in and two days ago i measured in at 33inch waist and about 193lbs. I woke up this morning totally messed up. about 207 and a 35-36 inch waist. My diet is constant. mostly eggs and egg whites in the morning, then red meat for lunch and chicken and spinach for dinner. at least thats what i had for the last two days. Funny thing is that i dont feel bigger and if anything i have more striations in my muscles and feel like less water under the skin. anyway, has this happened to anyone before or can anyone tell me whats going on. I do feel like im urinating less although i am moving bowels at least twice a day. Please help, any information is helpful
