Hey Guys ,

Ive seen how helpfull ur knowledge can be with helping ppl out Im starting at 350 and need to lose some weight. Ive been doing p90x for 3 months and have gained alot of stamina and my fittness level is up but my diet isnt good and i havent lost any weight. Right now i eat 2 meals a day both of about 1200 calories each and i stop all eatting after 8 oclock. I know this isnt right but im lost as to what i should eat day to day im willing to eat anything doesnt need to taste good. What im looking for is if someone can tell me what to eat when to lose weight im hoping to lose 10 pounds a mouth if thats doable. Im just soo lost this can be overwelming and my weight is only going up so i need some help!!!

It's obvious you know there is a problem with your diet. But the answer to your question is rather lengthy. You are asking us to tell you what is proper nutrition and eating habits.

Myself and others could give you our personal rundown an proper nutrition, but it won't be comprehensive enough for you for the long haul. My suggestion would be to start cruising and posting in the Nutrition section of these forums. I would also suggest buying a few magazines on proper nutrition and possibly even a book or two.

It's an education process. We could give you the Cliff Notes here, but for your continued long-term life of good health, you should make yourself as knowledgeable as you can in a manner more comprehensive than a few tips from the Fat Loss section.
