Thank you Tatteredsaint and the rest of the Betancourt crew for allowing me to test out Englutarade!!!

My workout is a four day breakdown....
Day 1 Shoulder/Traps
Day 2 Chest/Tri's
Day 3 Back/Bi's
Day 4 legs

I will occasionally throw in a 5th day for clean up. I am looking forward to Englutarade fruit punch flavor and the end of lazy muscles.
Dosage will be 1 scoop pre and then 1 scoop post immediately following my workout.

Here we go!!

I woke up and ripped open my bottle of ENGLUTARADE....much to my surprise of a yellow colored powder, the color reminded me of a Dijon mustard. My first impression was WTF am I going to ingest. Anyway 1 mixed scoop and about 10 oz of water and it turned fruit punch red and I felt a whole lot better about it. It mixed pretty well and the flavor was ok.

My time in the gym is all very valuable and very timed as I need to leave by a certain time to get home and get the kids ready for school. Anyway here's what we got done today and I may go in tomorrow and finish up tri's..depending on DOMS.

Very true, sometimes I like soreness to realize I did something the day before but nothing overpowering

I had some soreness but it was much less noticeable than in the past. I figure a good gauge on thing will be next week.

Great work with those 10 rep squats man. Not an easy feat to go high rep with squats. Wait til you have bullnox flowin through you, my workouts are never the same without it. Blue Razz is my number 1 but all flavors are seriously SPOT ON. Keep it up bro

Bullnox is pretty solid over the last couple of workouts ..it give me consistent energy without the shakes or tingles...so far its pretty solid.

Englutarade.....My chest is pretty sore today but my tri's are not which is great. Normally its the other way around..other than that happy so far with the product..

I had almost zero soreness from back and bicep day!!! This is absolutely living up to its billing in the first two weeks. Bullnox is not to bad itself, I took a scoop and a half today and had great sustainable energy for the entire work out and much after.
Today was a make up day for yesterday....Had a late night thursday..

Getting ready for the holiday will be smoking 2 turkeys..1 for Thanksgiving and 1 for a second Thanksgiving on Saturday... I am very thankful I am NOT Tatteredsaint right now and cutting over the holidays..http://assets.bodybuilding.com/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif

I wish I could post exercise sets and reps as u do in my log but honestly I don't have a scheduled routine for each day. I always try to mix it up.

haha u suck :p I'm still going to eat on turkey day it's going to be my cheat day and I'm going to stay away from certain foods, I'm making a dark chocolate carmel candied pecan cheesecake --(almost sugar free ,low carb , fat free filling) :D it's good to be an ex chef when cutting makes things a lil more survivable , looks like your workouts are going pretty solid ur gonna need that bullnox n englutarade to motivate your ass to burn all those cals off ;)

Hope your feeling better man, Engluterade should help with that with the high dose of Vit C, and the Vit E along with the Glutamine. Toss down a few servings a day and see what happens :)

At this point I was spent zero energy and felt like absolute CRAP!! I skipped traps and went ot the house.. Today I said the hell with it I was not getting any better and after 3 or 4 days of this and losing my voice of to the DR I went.. Diagnosis was Bronchitis...

All that being said I took today off and will probably not go back in until Friday.

Getting back on the bus and damn happy bout it!

As of today I have ran through my cycle of antibiotics and feel like 90% of the crud in my lungs are gone no more fever so its time.

I have been taking 1 scoop of Englutarade a day along with some vitamins. I'm looking forward to getting back after it so I'll talk to you tomorrow after some shoulder destruction!

Yeah man its good stuff!! I wanted to carry on about it more but its a englutarade and trying to keep it more about it,, But bullnox is spot on brother!! It will definitely become a staple as long as it stays like it has been.

What flavor of Bullnox do you have? I seriously can't get over the flavoring of all of them and every product on our line lol. Just tried Grape and wow seriously, I thought Blue Razz was amazing.

I normally don't care for grape supps but grape bullnox is on point I switch between it and watermelon

I have noticed more endurance especially when I finish a particular body part with a little FST-7. I really like the fact of no crash, getting up at 415 -430 kicks my ars about 2 in the afternoon...with some other pre workouts hell by 830 I would need to pull over and sleep for a few.

You honestly won't be disappointed with any of them. Grape is on a new level!

Well today was back and bicep day for me.........

And well the battle was me v.s. the fart sack and the fart sack won! It was a cold night and my body just didn't want to get out of the bed. So tomorrow is no longer a rest day and will become my back/bicep day....see you tomorrow!

I originally wanted to come back here in a week and give my final review after a solid week off, but after spending the last few days without Englutarade I want you to catch you up on the days up to my review......

Last FRI

Legs

Complete destruction I wont list all the details but if you had followed my log over the last month it remained the same wt wise but I added a set to almost everything but Leg ext where I kept that at 7... Had great strength,energy and resilience.

Chest from thursday a little bit of DOMS but nothing spectacular, even thought in the back of my head I didnt work hard enough.

First off I want to Thank Tatteredsaint and the Betancourt crew for giving me the chance to log Englutarade!


My dosage for the entire bottle was pretty consistent other than the week I was off for Bronchitis. ! scoop pre and 1 scoop post. During he week of sick I took 1 scoop when I woke up. The caffeine in Englutarade is just enough to get your a$$ moving in the morning to get me out the door and off to the gym, about a week and a half after I started I added some Bullnox!! PERFECT!! Anyway I was surprised at how fast it worked for speeding up the Doms. Normally I have 2-3 days of soreness depending on the muscles trained and of course the amount of volume. Englutarade was always perfect at keeping the recovery down to 1 day max. I have now been a solid week without it and I am starting to recover slower and almost back at 2-3 days. I'll sum up my rambling.......
