This is my first time writing on this forum and its pretty lengthy so bare with me on this i'll appreciate any help given but this is also good b/c it applies to a lot of teens and people
so... i'm trying to gain weight to achieve a body type similar to what the ancient greeks thought was beautiful i like the bodybuilding type but this slim athletic build is what i am shooting for right now at this age. kind of like these links...

My Stats:
So I am 17, currently 6'0 and 150lbs and my Bench is 155lbs my squat is 300lbs and my hangclean is 165lbs and i lift 4-5X a week

Background info:I was last year and this year in an advanced strength and conditioning class run by a credible expert that has been coaching athletes for years and he would never let anyone do anything without good form and would yell if we didn't go all the way parallel on squats... and from his lifting program I was able to go from 118lbs to 150lbs through hard work and shoveling down food and shakes when i wasn't hungry and going up 70lbs in bench and 200lbs in squat and 90lbs in hangclean in 1 year. I know i may seem "skinny" or "unhealthy" in comparison to some bodybuilders here but i am in the 40% for my weight at 17 and very healthy but and am willing to do what it takes to change achieve that body type.

Goals: Achieve ancient Greek god body type possibly 165lbs??? Anyone know hoe much they would have weighed at that look??? guesses??
My teacher believes i have potential to make it on the school board and believes that i can accomplish this goal only for squat as i am natural squater so i want over 400lbs on squat for the wall. 225lbs bench and 200lbs hangclean.

My workout: I am not going to go into details as i know it works and the strength coach changes it up often to keep my muscles guessing. It is mainly focused around compound exercises like bench, squat, clean, jammer, benover row, goodmornings etc. With low reps and heavy weight and is designed to be safe and effective for growing teens so don't worry about that....

MY DIET COULD MAYBE BE IMPROVED I THINK ITS OK BUT GIVE TIPS HERE:
Before i begin some PROBLEMS I HAVE: CRAPPY APPETITE i tried candied ginger root to naturally improve appetite but i got use to the affects SO SUGGEST ANY NATURAL HERB OR FOOD THAT WILL INCREASE APPETITE
ok so here is my DIET:
My daily requirements say i need 2700 calories a day and i eat way over that but here is what my day looks like for eating....
7:00 Breakfast is i know isnt amazing so possible improvement here...
2%milk X2
Orange juice X2
1 bagel or bowl of cereal
gnc mega men sport multivitamin (1 vitamin pill)
9:00 mid morning snack
GNC AMP Mass XXX Weight gainer shake
750calories and 50grms of protein
10:00 preowrkout
Jack3d 1.5 scoops instead of all 3 for serving
11:00 Advanced Strength and conditioning class (Workout)
DRINK LOTS OF WATER BETWEEN SETS SO MUCH
Time it takes to eat is this 11:55-12:15 for Post workout
bag of skittles or some kind of simple sugar and carbs from candy thats prolly sucrose ( if i should use dextrose sugar instead recomend me some)
Followed by GNC AMP Anobolic Whey Protein 60 300 calories and 60 grams of protein
1 Mega men sport vitamin
2:00 Lunch
Either go out to eat at various restaurants like McDonalds, Noodle Co.
or school food (which is slice of peperoni pizza nachos and cheese, 2 servings of 2% milk and 1 ChocoChip Cookie)
3:30 or 4:00 depends on when i get home Mid afternoon snack
turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat with 3 glasses of 2% milk or leftovers from last nights dinner with that milk
7:30 Dinner
Whatever Mom makes always healthy and balanced with protein and carbs i usually don't have great appetite at this time so i am really slow eater at this time and i can usually get 1 plate of food which is still a lot of food
8:30 Desert
Usually as much ice cream as i can eat or 2% milk with oreo cookies
10:00 before bed snack
GNC AMP Mass XXX protein shake same stats as before and maybe 1 glass of milk if i can fit it in
All this adds up to about 230+?grams of protein and about 4000-4500 calories
SO any tips on fitting in extra food into my stomach techniques or herbal appetite stimulators so i can eat more or tips on bulking up the size of meals

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER TO HELPING
1) Estimate on how much would those greek gods weighed at their physique?
2) Any Tips on techniques of fitting in more food without barfing possibly natural herbal appetite improvers other then Ginger root?
3) Criticism of current diet that i am using to achieve my goals.
