Hi guys, I'm new here its my 1st time on this forum. I was hoping someone could help me out. I'll give u my back ground so you can help me out more specifically. I'm 34years old. Ive been training for about 7 years but about 2.5 years seriously. I used to be very skinny (ecto) I weighed 78 kgs & found it hard to put weight on. Now I weigh 103 kgs because of years of training. I'm pretty happy with my mass but putting all that weight on has given me a gut. I want to get rid of my gut but keep my muscle that I worked so hard for. I've tried doing more cardio but I lost to much muscle. So what I want to know is should I train the same but eat cleaner or should I change my programme & do A lean body routine (eg: low weight/high reps)? I also have some Clen on hand if I want it but I'm not sure how to use it or if it will actually help me lose fat without losing muscle.

Weight lift 3 days a week, HIIT 3 days a week (apart from lifting), and 1 day of rest.

You need to continue lifting weights if you want to maintain mass
