How heavy do you guys go on your Romanian deadlifts. I can deadlift about 300lbs off the ground but I would imagine I could do a lot more with the Romanians because I just stretch out my hams and butt for the most part. Do you guys do them in the power racks or do you bring the bar all the way down and touch and go. A romanian deadlift should just be a stretch and lower until a few inches below the knee correct?

lol I wouldn't suggest doing them heavy at all if you don't even know what they're working...
No it is not a stretch. It's a hamstring and glute exercise. You control the whole exercise with your glutes, not by bending down like you're stretching.

Ok that is actually what I kind of thought but thanks for clarifying that. Any idea of how heavy I should go though assuming proper form? Is it an exercise I should load the weight up on or just start off really light, does it have anything to do with how much I can deadlift? I read that you should be able to RDL with more weight then a conventional DL because you don't lower the weight all the way it is more of a stretch to below your knees that you control with your glutes by "backing" up with the motion.
