i have a stay ball i do dumbell pullovers and crunchs and all different leg and core exersizes my spellin sucks so work with me lol my chest and arms get bigger but my stomic and love andles wont go how do i lose then or at least tone

You should start by working on your diet and adding in some cardio. Calculate your maintenance calories and eat below that. There are some amazing threads around here that will teach you how

Need to do cardio. You cannot spot reduce fat. You need to reduce your overall body fat percentage.

I assume you are a guy, so generally the last of the fat resides in the belly area. This will be the hardest to work off, but if you have a good cardio regime and a healthy diet, you should see it come off in time.
