Which weight set to get?

Both on CL:

1. CAP 300 lb set with BB (which I know is probably crap) and weight tree $300 (2x45, 2x35, 2x25, 2x10, 2x5, 2x2.5)

2. Iron Grip 345 lb set no BB (4 x45, 2x35, 2x25, 2x10, 2x5, 2x2.5) $250.

On paper, the Iron Grip set is the much better deal; however, my concern is when I need to purchase more poundage. The CAP set isn't the grip set, so purchasing more weight would be relatively easy (could mix and match brands from CL).

The Iron Grip set is much prettier, I prefer the handles and hex plates, but trying to think long term.

Opinions (heading to purchase either one within the next hour)

Why would anyone prefer hex plates? Have you ever tried dead lifts with hex plates?

Go with the CAP, especially since it comes with a weight tree, which I find myself in desperate need of. Having to pick weights up off the floor gets old quick.
As daniel327 said, round plates are far easier to do any off-the-floor exercises with.
By the way, the CAP set most likely comes with four 5lb plates.

^^^^THIS. Hex plates are a really bad idea, no doubt invented by some guy who never lifted a weight in his life.

That was all we had on the bases I was stationed at...just kinda got used to using them. My best DL is 450 and I never had an issue with them.
