Background:
Been training for 27 months. For a while now I have mostly been maintaining weight and adding strength. I am hoping that with this stack I will beable to add a some strength gains while staying fairly lean. Maybe even add some LBM.
Stats:
5'7" around 170 lbs
Expectations:
I would like to hit some new PRS with this stack :)
Diet:
I will be eating just over maintenance around 2,800-3,000 calories a day. My diet is very clean and I willl post it every once in a while in the log. I also drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.
Supplements:

The Plan:
OK this will be my third sponsored supplement log and I am really looking forward to getting it started. For the first 2-3 weeks I will only be taking Test Drive. After that I will incorporate the Ennercel intra workout and the Plasmatic EP preworkout. Not 100% sure how I will take the suppressor yet but I will figure it out soon.

Tue. - Back/Shoulders (6-10 reps)

Cardio:
I usually ride my bicycle to the gym (about 2-2.5 miles each way) but may have to stop soon since its starting to get a bit cold.

OK well I am off to the gym guys. I took 2 Test Drive caps this morning before breakfast. I usually do upper power today but I think I am just going to hit chest/tri hypertrophy and back/bi hypertrophy tomorrow because my back is bugging me a bit.

Did this workout pretty fast took me about 45 minutes. Rest was pretty short inbetween sets had a very nice pump going. First time doing DB Bench in months trying to switch things up a bit as I have been at a bench plataeu for a while. Also I did some hanging leg raises supersetted with the tricep pushdowns.

Bullpen is turrible except Mariano. Their god damn DH (lance Berkman) was on of the best hitters, which shouldn't be the case when you have a rod, tex, jeter, ect.

CC sucked as well def didn't shut the Rangers down. Kerry Wood / Granderson were good. Mark 0-ALCS Teixera and Swisher killed us. Derker Jeter swings at the first pitch of every AB and weakly grounds to shortstop. Bullpen was awful got beat by Colby Lewis twice. Its almost funny how bad the Yankees played.

granderson/Berkman were good ill givethem that. Cano was a beast. Swisher and Tex have had back to back terrible post seasons except for that one walk off HR by Tex and that 2 hit game or whatever it was by swish after he was benched for a game last year. If only they picked up Cliff Lee at the trade deadline when they were so close to, it def would of been a different series. Post season base ball is pitching dominated.

yeah it sucks but oh well Rangers played better. Anyway I am pumped up for my back workout tomorrow going to hit it hard. May do some deadlifts as well depending on how my back is feeling.

Already started taking it yesterday. Reallly enjoyed the sleep from the ZMA slept for almost 10 hours. Anyway just got back from the gym a little while ago going to post my workout soon.
The real fun is going to start in a couple weeks when the test drive kicks in and I am taking the ennercell/plasmatic EP!

Nice lifts and good detail man, some heavy weightage on the rack pulls too. Keep up the work.

lol I hate taking pictures its such a reality check :( but maybe il take a few. I will def start making some videos either later this week or beginning of next week though.
Anyway just got back from the gym. Blasted chest/arms with some abs thrown in there. This Friday/Saturday I will get back to the power workouts. Going to post my workouts when I get out of the shower in a little bit it was very very intense.

havent started the plasmatic EP yet but I cant wait to start really should be a great addition to my workouts. Right now I am just taking the test drive. In like two weeks I am going to start the plasmatic/ennercell.
As of now I am not taking any stims so when I start the plasmatic EP I can get the full effects although I drank a cup of coffee before the gym today lol.

also this is what my diet looked like today
meal 1 - 1 cup oat meal , 2 cups milk , 1 scoop whey
meal 2 - 4.5oz ground beef , 1 cup quinoa , salad
meal 3 PRE - 6oz ground beef , 2 slices WW bread , apple
meal 4 PWO - 1 scoop whey , 2 TBSP honey
meal 5 - 6oz tuna , 1 cup oatmeal , rasberries
meal 6 - probably some greek yogurt / natty PB / maybe some whey
honestly not too sure on the macros but it will be around 3,000 calories.

I like how I don't have to swallow 10 pills with 24-32 oz of water right away. I prefer spreading my water intake throughout the day rather than chugging a bunch prior to workout. And the energy is solid with no jitters nor crash. And I think Enercell is comparable to Recon. Very good recovery product

I loved hemavol but I always felt bloated drinking all that water when taking the 10 pills. Should be nice with the plasmatic EP I will be starting it in about a week and a half.

I got this same feeling with Plasmajet... 10 pills and a ton of water preworkout leaves me feeling disgusted/bloated.

Had a ton of energy tonight at the gym felt like I could keep going for ever. Was in the gym for about 70 minutes. Very long/intense workout had a crazy back/shoulder pump going. It was my first time doing the DB shoulder press in a month or two and I am kind of disappointed with the #s (hit 75x8 before) but that should go up FAST. Also def feel an increase in libido which is a huge plus. Improved sleep as well.

Yeah I usually do some RDL's but obv not the same day I deadlift. I wish my gym has GHR though. Sometimes I use the latpulldown for GHR but its not the same.

not using an intra or preworkout currently I am just waiting so I can make this log 6 weeks long. Also hit a 455 deadlift a couple months ago but I dont think I could hit 455 right now. The 435 was pretty heavy honestly.

just got back from the gym a pretty crappy workout for some reason. I was just not in it mentally and the poundage showed it. Not even going to bother posting it but for my hacksquats I only did 270x5 when last week I hit 270x12 so that basically sums it up.
Have an off day tomorrow so I can mentally recover and will be killing it next workout.

First day of the plasmatic EP/Ennercell. Will post my thoughts on those in a few. Had a lot of energy towards the end of my workout felt like I was not getting tired at all. The BW dips felt extremely light and I was pretty suprised I got 25 reps after doing 3 benching motions. Did some ab work at the end and lso noticed the bike ride home was very easy.

Test Drive:
Loving it so far have noticed increased libido, high energy levels in the gym, and improved sleep. My workouts have been very intense this week and I think that is partly due to the test drive.
Plasmatic EP:
I opened it up the other day and the smell was awesome. It mixed very easily in about 8 ounces of water. It was a very dark purple color but suprisingly it did not stain my teeth/tongue much.. Tasted awesome flavor is really on point. It tastes almost like some sort of melted grape candy I really enjoy it.
To be honest I have not really noticed much of an increased pump (only be taking it 2 days now) but to be fair I have to say that my vascularity has been insane on it and my muscles seem a bit fuller after my workout. Veins are really popping and my friend noticed this as well. It doesnt seem to be loaded on stims if I had to guess I would say theres probably 125-150mg of caffeine per serving. Provided decent energy and I had some extra endurance most notably the 25 BW dips after the 3 pressing motions. I think for me to get the full effects I would have to take 1.5-2 scoops pre workout but @ 16 servings per container that wouldnt be very economical.
Ennercell:
Ok so I opened this one up and I wasnt too sure on how it would taste after smelling it. It has a strange smell (not bad but not good). Anyway who cares how it smells taste is what matters to me in intras. Mixed this one with about 12 ounces of water. I drank half of it when I got to the gym and the flavor was AWESOME. I drank the other half directly after my workout and noticed the bike ride home from the gym was very very easy. Usually after my workouts I am pretty tired on the bike ride home. I also noticed that I seemed to have some added endurance during my workout . When I got home from the gym I felt like I could train some more.
Suppressor:
Just started taking this the other day as I have been pretty hungry lately. I have been taking 3 chewies at night. They taste ok a little strange though but not bad.

yeah thats really the only downside I am seeing to the plasmatic EP/Ennercell especially because there are other products in similar price but with more servings. I think that is going to affect the sales a lot. People are going to say why would I get ennercell when I can get intrabolic for the same price and 3x the servings.

Absolutely insane workout tonight. I took 2 scoops of plasmatic EP and boy was that the sweet spot. I feel awesome right now had a super intense workout and I have some SICK videos coming up for you guys!

Ok took 2 scoops of Plasmatic EP today and boy did I have a lot of energy/focus. I noticed a stronger pump than 1 scoop but as of now Hemavol provided better pumps for me. I noticed with hemavol I would get an insane pump just doing my warmup sets. Not knocking plasmatic EP though as everyone is different and maybe I just dont respond well to the ingredients. Also note that I did abs/calves supersetted in with everything today and by the end of my workout all my energy was drained. I drank the Ennercell half pre workout and half postworkout and I really am enjoying it. Hit a PR on the dips 105x6 and when I was done these little kids were staring at me and were like wow how much weight is that! Feels pretty good man.

Damn my friend couldnt figure out my camera and only got 5 reps on tape. I swear I did 6!!! He told me he got half of the first rep but apparently not :( . The last rep was crazy though I was literally stuck in the same spot for a good 10 seconds with my arms shaking like hell. I have no idea how I got it but that set took A LOT out of me.

Really destroyed the legs tonight felt pretty good. I thought the box squats I did were parallel but after watching the vid I think I need to lower the box 1 notch. Always the 95x20 Lunges were easy as hell for my legs but not so easy on my endurance.

Also deadlifts were light was kind of testing out my back it still hurts a bit right in the middle of my spine butI think its feeling a little better. Not sure what the pullups are called were you pull yourself up and then go side to side but each rep I went dead hang puled myself up then went back and forth a couple times I think I got like 8 reps of doing that not sure though I just went until I couldnt any more.

well the plan was only to hit calves so I figured why waste it on such a quick workout. Rest between the squats was probably about 2 minutes between each set the first 4 sets of squats felt nice and easy but I kind of struggled on the 5th.
Also back/biceps/forearms are sore today from yesterdays workout feels pretty good. THis week I will post some new vids as well.

Insane workout today did all of this in an hour flat because I lost track of time and got to the gym late. I find I have my best workouts when I have to get everything done fast before the gym closes. Anyway the ennercell no doubt helped me push through this beast workout. I also super setted some calves the leg hamstring curls + leg extensions. By the end I felt like I was going to throw up. The bike ride home was miserable the wind was blowing against me and my legs felt like jelly.

so close to 7k lol. Goal is to hit 10k eventually. Yeah with the squats I try to take them as deep as my body will allow me to without rounding my back. My flexibility is awful and it took a lot of stretching for me to be able to take the squat that deep. When I first started stretching I couldn't even get a parallel squat.

yeah its a rare to see someone squatting with good form in the gym. My first squats were terrible as well. There's a guy at my gym who has amazing squat form and one day I asked him to teach me how to squat. From then on I have been constantly trying to improve it. I feel like squat form can take years to perfect.

Beast workout today sad to say it but the Ennercell/Plasmatic EP are running low. Had a ton of energy as I drank the plasmatic right before I started working out at the gym. Hopefully I can hit 135x3 on the dips soon I almost got 2 reps on the first set. As you can see a lot of volume but this workout took an hour I felt like I could train forever.

Also forgot to mention after my workout I did a set of WG pullups until failure. Hit BWx20 but the last rep or two was a bit sloppy.

Always fun to do a burnout on your last set, leave with an insane pump and feeling like you did work.
So you do a back workout every 4 days basically? 1 Back/Hamstrings and the other Back/shoulders?
I want to start doing this.

yeah basically what I have been doing recently and I really like it. Hamstrings/back is a good combination IMO and if you deadlift would be the perfect day for them. I also like doing like a row/hamstring curl superset and the GHR is awesome as well.

Test Drive review:
Ok so finally onto my final reviews. I will be posting the other reviews tomorrow. I expected test drive to work well and boy was I right :) . Right off the bat I my sleep was improved. I dosed it at 2 caps AM and 2 caps an hour before bed. I believe it started to kick in around week 2. Muscle hardness/fullness seemed to be increased along with some added endurance in the gym (not sure if thats from the plasmatic EP or Ennercell though). Weeks 2-3 I had increased libido but week 4 it seemed to go back to normal. I have never had that alpha feeling in the gym before but week 2-3 I felt amazing in the gym. I felt like I could lift anything and just had an overall good feeling. I couldnt wait to hit the gym and destroy my muscles.
Rating: - 9/10
This is a solid test booster for a good price (I believe BB.com has a B2G1 sale on it right now). I would def recommend this to someone and I will more than likely buy it in the future.

Ennercell Review:
Ok so on to the Ennercell. Wasn't sure what to expect coming in to this one as I had never even heard of Ennercell before this. One thing I did like about the EST containers was the safety seals under the lids were sealed TIGHT. Most supplements it comes undone very easy and sometimes even when you take the lid off. I took the ennercell half pre workout and half post workout and sipped on it during my leg workouts. Taste was a 9/10 it was very refreshing mixed in ice cold water. One of the better tasting intra supplements I have tried. I def noticed some added endurance from the ennercell. Didn't raelly notice any increased recovery but I never have off of any intra product and I think its hard to guage something like that unless the difference is huge.
Rating: - 8/10
Very nice looking formula especially with the hefty dose of leucine. Really the only things that brought the rating down for me was the big proprietary blend. I would like to know more about the amounts of what I am taking especially the creatine. Another thing that needs to be improved IMO is the price. Similar products sell for the same price but with 2-3x the servings. In all honesty unless there is a sale or price drop on it I probably won't buy it in the future. I try to get the best bang for my buck in supplements. Overall I really liked Ennercell and I think it ranks right up there with other similar products.

Plasmatic EP:
Onto the final review for now. First day taking Plasmatic EP it was probably one of the best pre workouts I have had. It tasted like melted grape candy. 10/10 in the taste department. At first I really didn't notice much from it but I was only using 1 scoop. I took 2 scoops one day and it was awesome. Great energy/focus in the gym and vascularity was insane. It seemed like the longer I was on it the more effects it seemed to have on my workouts. I never really noticed much of a difference in pumps. though.
Rating: - 7/10
The reason I gave the plasmatic EP a 7/10 is because there are other pre workouts that I have used that I liked much better. I have noticed that preworkouts work differently for everyone and my favorite may be your least. It has a great ingredient profile and it doesn't seem to be loaded with stims so thats a plus. I'm really not a fan of the 16 servings per container though especially since 1.5-2 scoops seemed to work best for me. Over all I would say its worth trying but probably not something I would use very often in the future.
