no, battery use is based on power consumption, most of which is used by your cpu

Whether you are running an X64 or an X86 operating system, the power usage won't change. Even if it does it would just be a couple minutes, many things could cause such a small difference.

64 bits is the length of binary code your hardrive can understand. It will have no effect on your battery power as other users have stated.
