You can try dieting as well. No use doing all those if you eat so much.

very very low fat intake and high protein along with cardio and if you really want you can make your rep range on weights up to about 14-20

fat is key for every diet! instead of going too low for fat macros, try balancing your ratio for saturated, monounsats and polyunsats to 1:1:1.
cut back carbs on your non workout days or the part of your day furthest from your workout.

well first off, hows your schedule?
do you like to eat fats or carbs?
i find a keto/IF diet easier to work with than a normal low fat diet
