After trying to play catchup I did make good progress from the last show, however I did not place in the top 5 last night out of 12 guys. I MAY have taken 6th because I was in the first callout but I won't know until I get the judging sheet. Just need to get leaner, as always. This was my 5th show 3rd season - on to the next one. Here are a couple of pics.

My good friend Riley won the class - he's the guy to the left of the purple, in the black. He won the overall two week prior as well.

Haven't decided yet - probably take a short break and re-evaluate whether to shoot for a late-fall spring show and to continue on the track I'm on - or just hang it up for a while.

Thanks much Drew! There were so many great people at this show...wish we could have connected too. I do remember seeing you backstage and on stage and you have a great future. Just my 2 cents, but I think you should do the Mr. MN in May. You come in shredded and you'll do some serious damage!

Thanks and I'm seriously considering it. I've watched that show the last couple years and they do a nice job. Really the only reason for me not to is that I'm supposed to be getting married next year although we haven't officially set the date. Persuasive argument ideas anyone?

Thanks man - yeah it was DT, I've always used DT although I'd be open to other options. DT looks really good however keeping it from smudging and creating lines throughout the day is a pain - requires constant touch-up.

Awesome! Thanks! That was my weakest point back in 2006; lots of deads and eccentric raises has helped that area out bigtime.

Got the judging sheet - appears like I took 6th. Judges had me at 5th, 6th, 7th, 6th, 5th, 6th and 2nd. Two of them said I made big improvements from 2 weeks earlier and that my posing was great - I'll take it.
