3rd Day of TEST CHARGE

Today was plyometrics day. I felt ok but thats mainly because I had to work a 12hour day today. I can't wait for TEST CHARGE to kick in, I sure could use a jump in my test right about now.

On about the 5th or 6th day you will start to notice it. On day 10 you should be getting extra reps in your workouts.

Nice, I will have a full weeks log down to compare to the "after" effects of Test Charge. Today is Arms/Shoulders day its my favorite day, I love it when I can't touch my shoulders ;)

Friday will be legs then I will have a full week of workout's down before TC kicks in to compare to later. Strange thing though on my 2nd sets I was able to push myself more then the 1st set, I got 2 more reps on some of my workout.

Today was HIIT day, I did alot of core work and lower back. I can't wait till next week to watch my weight go up. I have been hungry as hell lately which is strange for me. Legs and Back are tomorrow.

OK at first I was a little skeptical about test charge I saw the negative post in the original thread and I've been thinking were they right? The answer is actually no they weren't, not at all in fact. I have no ties to EFX nor do even know anyone at EFX. Today made a believer out of me. I hit numerous PR's today and I wanted to destroy any weight within sight. Now I know I just came off an "off" day and maybe it’s just chance but I know my body and honestly I do feel something. It's not an uncontrollable rage but a deep seeded one that I can tap into and drive myself to new limits when need be. We will see how the rest of the log goes.

A little over a week into Test Charge and I wanted to rate the product so far

1-Strength/Rep Increase:10/10 I have really noticed something here
2-Size/Weight Gains:9/10 Muscle size has increased
3-Sustained Workout Energy:9/10 I feel like I have more energy all day long
4-Pumps:8/10 Not the main purpose of this supplement but I do feel a pump
5-Side Effects:9/10 increased sex drive and increase muscle strength, check!
6-Overall assessment:9/10 So far I am impressed with what I feel and see and looking forward to the rest of this log.

Well today I hit some more PR's and man did I work my arms. I felt a little more tired today then Mon, but I didn't have a rest day either. Also working 12 days straight isn't helping the old energy levels any. EFX is on to something with this supplement, I can honestly say that it is working for me.

I am really feeling it now, got some new PR's today with pull-ups. I can feel the pump in my back which is awesome. I don't have any complaints about this product or what it promises to do.

14th Day of Test Charge

Today was HIIT and AB's , I did Core Synergistics today and I am beat. I pushed harder today then I thought I was able to. Tomorrow is my day off then Chest and Back and I am going to bust out some more PR's.

Diet today was a little messed up, lunch was a roast beef sandwich and dinner is gona be chicken breast.

Water intake is 6 (16oz) bottles of water, I know I know, I will catch that up tonight, drinking number 7 as I type this.

The taste of Test Charge is starting to grow on me, not that I'd sip on it as a after dinner drink or anything but it's not quite as bad as it use to be. But well worth it. Even my wife as said something to me about my body, I'm lovin it.

NICE! is all I have to say. I felt like I could do pull-ups all day. My back feels awesome right now. My legs felt like jell-o for some reason. I had a long week at work this week and I'm burnt out from it (running around all day) literally.

Without a doubt, I have noticed a big difference. It took about a week to kick in but once it did I've felt it ever since.

I felt like crap today, spent the whole morning moving stuff into the attic and when it came time to work out I just felt out of it. I still hit some PR's though but I really had to push myself to keep from falling back on some things. It was just an off day for me because of all the moving boxed and stuff.

Today was HIIT and AB's

Hit abs really hard today and man did it feel good. I usually hate doing abs, feel like I'm gona puke or something, but not today. Tomorrow is the real test though Legs and Back.
I want to get some more PR's with my back.

I had a long day at work but still found the energy and strength to workout. My rest day is tomorrow. I only have 2 more days on Test Charge and I have really loved the changes I can see and feel in my body.

This is my last day of Test Charge and all I can say is this stuff works! I incresed my weight on alot of exercises and incresed the reps. I have noticed a difference in my muscle tone and definition. As I promised here are some before and after pics so you can see for yourself.

Test Charge was an awesome supplement for me. It did everything it said it would and then some. I was skeptical at first but was very impressed by the end product. Just take a look at the pics I posted a few threads up and you can see the difference Test Charge has made. I also feel a lot stronger then before taking Test Charge. If you are on the fence about this product don't be, it really does work.


1-Strength/Rep Increase 9/10 It really shines in this department. Almost all my exercises the weight and at least the reps went up.
2-Size/Weight Gains 9/10 The size of my muscles increased to the point my wife noticed and was commenting on it.
3-Sustained Workout Energy9/10 Felt plenty of energy and then some
4-Pumps 8/10 pumps were good but nothing to crazy here
5-Side Effects 9.5/10 hardly any negative side effects, slightly oily skin but nothing that wasn't manageable
6-Overall assessment9/10 I give this supplement high marks and think that anybody that would give it a chance would be pleasantly surprised. The really nice thing about Test Charge too is the fact you only have to wait 7 days to start again.

hey i recently got test charge and have not tried it out yet, i heard you need to take estrogen along with this product to keep from messing up your body but i was just wondering if anyone knew if this was true.

Did you know Test Charge contains an Insect steroid hormone? Knowing this, would you still use it?

PuZo...I know you would literally give your life to discredit me or EFX, but the "insect steroid hormone" you refer to has been sold on the open supplement market for years, is also in many, many other companies' products and has never been found to be anything but perfectly safe and effective for humans.
