I have been taking advice from the Keto forum for a while. I have done a week on keto before but decided to 'carb up' using beer and pizza (Massive mistake) then given up.
I truely belive in Keto and can see others coming around to this way of thinking, just today I read an article which does not mention Keto but speaks of the same principles:

This time I am determined to get from 22% Body Fat to under 15% before Christmas and more importantly KEEP IT OFF (I gained a stone last christmas).
So... I started on the 4th of October and took pictures and wil keep taking pic's every week.
Here are the ones from the 4th:

In the first pictures my stats were:
BF 22%
Weight 166 lbs - 11s t9
Excersize - none
In just a week with no excersize my stats were:
BF 20%
Weight 158 - 11st 3
At this point I know it was mainly water weight but I can't wait to post me pictures on the 19th!!

So far no real exercise just q few pull UPS and press UPS. It's mainly the diet which OS roughly as follows.
Breakfast - 1 boiled egg.
Lunch. - chicken cesar or prawn mayo salad.
Snack - peperoni or cheese string
Tea/ supper - fish and veg or chicken/ prawn omlet
I am going back to the gym this week so the loss should not slow down. I'll post exersize routine then.

BF 18%
Weight 150 lbs = 10st 10 lbs
I don't see that much difference in the last 2 and this was a day late. Weight loss has slowed right down already I have been at 150lbs for 3 days!!
Should be carbing up today but decided to hold off until the weekend as I still havent trained.

Oh by the way I look like a bum because I take the pics when I wake up at 7:30 am!

No need to carb up if you're not depleting your glycogen. So if you're not lifting a carb up will just slow your progress down big time.

Wow it is a year on and I have come on here to log my weight before christmas again! Did I hit my goal last year? No, am I at the begining of week 2 of Keto again? Yes!
I am looking the same as I did in my las pics right now as my stats are roughly the same but I will post another pic just as a starting point... well not starting as its week 2 and i'm 7 lbs of water lighter but you know what I mean!

I've hit a wall at 152!! Going to up the fat a bit and do more excersize... had a cheat meal on sunday but that didint work.
