Hi guys, I'm a 27 year old with 71 kgs of weight . I have been rigorously working out since the Jan 2010 and gained considerable amount of muscle. Now, I am trying to loose Fat, I have been following up a diet (vegetarian) with gives me 1800 Kcal from 176 gm of protein, 150 gm of carbs and 53 gms of fat. I hit the gym hard almost 6 times a week with heavy weights giving stress to compound exercises and doing cardio (interval training) for 30min every alternate day. In conjunction to this regime, I have also started taking Lipo6x to have greater effect on fat loss.
Its been a month and I have seen no considerable change in my body which is de motivating me. My goal is to get ripped within the next 2 months. I do have a small gut and some fat around my back and chest, which I am trying to loose and overall definition.
Hey guys please let me know if I am doing something wrong???

What are protein sources ???
I have read a couple articles that If you are taking in high amounts of protein ( high of course is a relative term) and they are soy and veg sources only you may have a harder time losing fat then if you used animal sources. Has to do with the hormones released. Soy in perticular has been linked to estrogen release in Men and Woman. Increase in Estro will make it harder to get lean.

You first could add a cardio session to the days your not doing cardio
I have never and most likely will never be ripped but I hope this helps
