This is Mondays workout which consisted of shoulder bicep and triceps moves, I did two exercises three times before moving on to the next two the length of this routine was 58 minutes. I took 1.5 scoops of SuperPump Max and in about 5 minutes I felt it kick in thirty minutes after drinking it I began my routine and the energy was great we will see what happens as I continue to take this product, my next resistance day I will try two scoops to see how it feels.

Here is Fridays workout I took 2 scoops of Superpump Max and felt it within a few minutes the workout was great I had a lot of energy and endurance as well. This routine was 47 minutes long.

Here is Saturdays workout today I took 1.5 scoops of MAX and again the energy was great the first half of the workout was also very good but the second half my arms were getting very tired but I was still able to do the reps I wanted to. This P90X routine was about 52 minutes long after this I worked on my abs for about 25 minutes and by the time I finished my arms did not feel as thrashed as they usually do when I do this routine. I finished off with a serving of AfterMath and lather some HydroWhey from ON.

Here is Monday’s workout which lasted about 60 minutes I took one scoop of MAX and it was not as great as 1.5 or 2 scoops, energy was still good but those final twenty minutes I was feeling very tired so I will stick to the 1.5 to 2 scoops of MAX.

On this day it was forty minutes of good cardio I had a very good workout an hour before I took a scoop of MAX even though this was a cardio day. The reason behind it was because I had a class later in the evening heading into the night and the last few weeks I have been struggling to stay awake so I decided to try some MAX I took the serving at three o’clock and at around seven when I start to feel tired I was focused so the mental clarity of provided by MAX was great.

Here is Friday’s routine I decided to take the full three scoops today to see what it feels like and it was pretty intense great endurance as well as great energy but a little bit of a headache afterwards. I think I will stick to 1.5 and 2 scoops.

Here is the routine for Saturday I took one scoop of MAX and this was by far the best experience I have had with the product the endurance was tremendous and my energy level was great. My arms were still in good enough shape to complete the moves without the need for multiple breaks. By the end of the chest workout I was still feeling good and heading into my abs routine my energy stayed high.

This Monday I worked on the shoulders biceps and triceps I took 1.5 scoops of MAX and forty minutes later began my workout once again the energy as well as the endurance was great and the pumps keep getting better and better as I continue to take the product. This is the start of my third week taking the product and my progress continues to improve it is starting to get exciting.

This Wednesday I did the usual cardio routine again it was 40 minutes long I took one scoop of MAX even though it was not a resistance work but I needed the energy not only for the workout but for the evening class later that night.

This Friday I took two scoops of MAX and went to work on the biceps, forearms, and triceps. The energy was once again good when I was in the final minutes of my workout my arms were very tired and after I finished I felt like I had rocks in my biceps and forearms it was a very good workout and I got a nice pump out of it.

Here is Saturday evening’s workout this was a 55 minutes routine and then 20 minutes working out the abs. I 1.5 scoops of MAX and once again had very good energy throughout the entire workout however I could feel my arms growing tired towards the final moves but despite that I still had the energy to keep going. For the abs routine I also had great energy and was able to get through it without much of a struggle.

Here is Monday’s routine which lasted about 50 minutes my energy was great going into the workout and remained high throughout the workout. My arms were very tired as I was nearing the end but my endurance remained high and allowed me to do the reps I wanted. I took two scoops today and after the workout I began to get a headache but that went away later in the evening. My appetite was not suppressed today which it has been almost everyday I have taken MAX.

This is the routine for Friday it lasted about 50 minutes I took two scoops of MAX and had a high energy level. I was feeling very tired this morning, I did not get enough sleep but in the afternoon I got a kick from the two scoops of MAX. My endurance was also great as it has been the last two weeks, after I was finished I my biceps and forearms were feeling very hard they were tired but I certainly felt like I had a good workout.

The length of this routine was 55 minutes long and afterwards I spent 25 minutes working on the abs. I did not feel as beat up as I haven in the past after doing this routine yes my arms were very tired when I finished but the majority of that went away later in the evening, I will wait and see how my chest feels tomorrow to see if there is a reduction in soreness.

On Wednesday I did forty minutes of cardio once again I took once scoop of MAX for energy all throughout this day I was feeling very tired once scoop did a good job of increasing my energy levels but later on when I went to class I began to feel tired again.

Here is the Thursday routine since it was Veterans Day I did not have school today so I was able to workout this Thursday and I worked on my legs. It has been a while since I have done a leg specific workout this routine was 56 minutes long. I did not take any MAX today but during the routine I had moments when I was feeling very tired and there were also times when I was feeling energized. I would get very tired after finishing a move but a quick rest and I was able to complete the next one, this leg routine was one that I have never done before the moves were harder that the ones I typically do whey I do legs.

Here is this evening’s workout I took one scoop of MAX and felt great energy as well as great endurance even better was the fact that I did not get a headache afterwards and my appetite was not suppressed. The one scoop has been working very well so from now one I will stick to one scoop of MAX. After working the chest shoulders and triceps I moved on to abs and my energy level was still great as well as my endurance.

I got a noticeable pump today which was very nice and once again there was no bad feeling after I finished my workout that headache and that crash were not present.

Here is the Wednesday routine which consisted of forty minutes of interval training there was no MAX on this day but one again even though I have not done this specific interval set in a while when I reached the halfway point I was feeling pretty good I was not as tired as I usually am and I was able to have a good second half because of it.

On this Friday I took one scoop of MAX and that was enough my energy was great as was my endurance I got a nice little pump during this workout and once again the one scoop of MAX is working just fine my appetite is not being suppressed and I am not getting the headaches I got when I was taking two and or three scoops.

On this Saturday I worked on the chest and on my back this particular routine is one that I have not done in about two months it is sixty minutes long with twelve chest moves and twelve back moves. Usually by the end of this routine I have to shorten my reps because my arms are torched but today I was able to complete all the reps I set out to do and best of all my arms were not as torched as they usually get my endurance was very high for this workout.

Here is the routine for this Monday evening on this day it was the shoulders the biceps and the triceps this workout lasted sixty minutes my chest was a little sore still from Saturdays workout and as I was doing this routine my arms were also feeling tired but despite this I was able to do the reps I wanted to do. I took one scoop of MAX today and once again that was good enough.

On Friday afternoon I worked on my biceps forearms and triceps I took once scoop of MAX and within a few minutes felt the energy boost kick in. My energy and endurance once again stayed high and I also got a rather nice pump.

This Saturday evening I worked on the chest and also did a few back workouts I also jumped some rope before starting and again when I reached the end. I took one scoop of MAX and again found that to be enough my energy was not as high as it has been in some of the previous workouts but it was still good enough to get through this routine. After finishing this i spent twenty minutes working on the abs.

Here is the Monday routine once again I took one scoop of Max the pump was very good today this routine lasted one hour my energy was also very good this figures to be the last week as there is very little powder left in the bottle so I will be wrapping it up soon.

On Wednesday I worked on my legs for about sixty minutes it has been a while since I did this specific leg routine I did not take any MAX for this workout since I am down to about the final scoop. That being said my energy was still good as was my endurance but my legs were a little tired from the cardio routine the day before.

Here is Friday’s workout I had about half a scoop left of MAX left so I used that up today the effect was not as noticeable because it was just half a scoop but it was still a good workout today. I am all finished with SuperPump MAX and will be putting up a final review in the coming days.

After taking SuperPump MAX for two months I can say that I was satisfied with the product. I experimented with the amount of scoops I found one scoop to work well and give me good pumps and no headache and no appetite suppression. When I tried two scoops I found the pumps and the energy to be better but I did get a small headache about an hour after taking the product my appetite was also reduced. When I moved to three scoops I found it to be too much the pumps were about the same as with two scoops but the energy was greater as was the endurance but the headache that I got was a bit too much and my appetite was really suppressed. The dosage that worked well for me was 1.5 to 2 scoops I saw an increaser in endurance and energy as well as some very good pumps. Muscle soreness was also reduced I was able to finish my routines with energy to spare I was not completely drained afterwards. The flavor that I tried was Blue Raspberry I found that to be okay, I still prefer fruit punch but again I had no problem with the flavor. A 40 serving tub of SuperPump Max retails for 42.95 on bodybuilding.com so it is a bit pricey but from what I understand Gaspari Nutrition just released a SuperPump MAX mini which is more affordable but a lot less servings it at least gives you the opportunity to give the product a chance I found it to work for me and think it is a solid pre-workout supplement.
