Whats up guys. What I have created is a weight pin selector that holds free weight plates just in case you need a better workout then what the original weight stack provides. We’ve all seen guys pull the weight pin out and put a free weight plate up to the stack and stick the pin back through to hold it up. That way has a few disadvantages. One being, the pin can come out and drop the free weight plate and also send the weight stack flying up because of all the tension on it at the time. Another is you can only put one free weight plate at a time. Ex: say you need an extra 35lb but all you have is a 25lb or 45lb. What do you do? My product eliminates all those problems. Since its one piece it will never let go of the weight and also you can add multiple plates at once to get your desired weight.I have also made to sizes to maximize the combination of plates needed. From now on, no one will over rep because of the stack being to light. Let me know whats you all think.
Thanks

The one I had seen was a small rod that went into a stack and the other side looked like half of an olympic dumbbell. You could load on olympic plates. I think it is a great idea but not all weight stacks have the same sized pin. I think that is part of the problem. The other issue is stacks that have a cross member in the way for an item like this. Heck of an idea though. If I could find well made ones that fit my stacks I would buy a few probably.

you are correct about all stacks not being the same size but as long as it goes through the other end, theres no chance of it coming out. ive tested both of my pins an they work great an have been a big hit it in my area. and yes some to have poles or cross beams in the way, thats another reason why i made 2 different sizes
