Does anyone know how it goes in the NPC natural shows. I know most of them say, "national qualifier", but what does that mean. How do you qualify to compete in the Team USA and those types of shows where the winner actually receives an IFBB pro card?

If you qualify at an NQ (National Qualifier), you can go on to compete at Team U, USAs, Nationals, etc where Pro cards are given. Depending on the number of qualifying spots, you typically have to win your class to move on.
