80# down, 80# to go. I'm gonna start this log just to track my progress. A little over a year ago I was 331lbs, I'm 253 now and found this site about a week ago. The motivation here is incredible, I wish I would have found it years ago. Over the last year i've went through a few stalls and fall backs, I think if I had this place during those times I would have done a lot better....but 80 pounds in 13 months is still pretty good in my opinion and hopefully this place will see me through to the next 80 pounds and then beyond that when I start really building the body i've always wanted. I'll be posting some pictures in a few days and maybe even talk a little more about how I got to where I was, how I decided to start the journey to where I want to be and a little in between

Tuesdays I usually work from home and it throws my schedule off. I'm getting better at sticking to plan though, breakfast and lunch were both super clean and I'm heading to the gym around 4. Lost another pound today too. Feels good man

So todays workout went great, 20 minutes of HIIT...i'm pretty spent right now, but i'm gonna get in my push-ups tonight

Todays meals consisted of

Lettuce Wrap with 6oz Meat with provolone cheese 220 Calories
Large Roast Beef sandwhich from Arbys with no bun 340 Calories
56 Cocoa roasted almonds (these things are ridiculously good) 300 calories
4 String Cheese 320 Calories
50 Grams of WPI 200 Calories

1380 Cal
78G Fat
19G Carbs
164G Protein

right about where I like to be. Diet is getting to be second nature since i've been eating mostly the same things for the last few months. I doubt I update the food log on a regular basis unless I get out of line on something.
