I am pretty new to working out, and I am trying to drop weight and sculpt my body.
I am about to start Supersetting 3 days a week, than on the the 4th having a downward pyramid of strength on each muscle group. I am also doing the Body for Life Hi-Intesity cardio(which I just started).
I am still looking to drop about 30 more lbs of fat(currently down 50). I just change my workouts to this. I do the cardio in the morning 4-5 days a week.
Should I be supersetting and then have a strenght day? Is this Cardio workout enough? Any other recomendations?
