does anyone know a good way to get rid of bloating... its really effecting my intensity of my workouts.

do you know the cause? sudden increase in cals and/or fiber and/or carbs? sodium? ginger is good (as freebirdmac said). some like dandelion root or tea. drink lots of water. increase potassium. eat foods like asparagus.
