No new replies yet,

Saw my trainer on Saturday last week, and because we're still 23 weeks out we've switched the diet back to something a little more reasonable. As well I have to get some bloodwork done this week to see what my thyroid is up too... Dr thought I maybe have hypothriodism.. and might need to start on some T3 and T4 to help with my thyroid... so we'll see what happens.

Breakfast:
30g protein from pure whey isolates
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 sliced banana

Snack:
1 cup cottage chees (1%mf)
1 apple

Lunch:
90g chicken breast
1/2 cup wild rice
100g green veges

Snack:
1 cup greek yogurt (1% mf)
1 cup blueberries

Dinner:
90g extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup yams
100g green veges

Bedtime Snack:
30g protein from pure whey isolates
1 cup strawberries

I know, it was starting to look a little lonely up in here though you're only 4 posts in.... the more you keep your log current/updated, the more regular visitors I'm sure you'll get. Be sure to keep us posted on how everything turns out.

What kinda BMW is that in your avatar?
