Just some training footage of one of our pro lifters, Ricky Lahourcade. Suit on, straps down. Was getting closer to parallel as weight got heavier. Will take a full geared one in a few more weeks if the planets align.

Wide Stance Stiff-Legged Deads. These will straight kick your ass.

Those squats looked effortless. Just need to bring them down a bit and he's golden. Extremely impressive.

Overload the top end.

In a nutshell, force curve says we can lift more on the last 1/3 of the lift than in the bottom 1/3. We just want to make sure we are hitting that last 1/3 heavy also. Hanging bands allow this by taking off weight (90lbs in this case) at the bottom 1/3. This will also help the CNS and stabilizer muscles develop quicker.

BEAST MODE!!

Reverse band squats are going to be a staple in my future squat cycles. I just posted a vid of 935 reverse band, but he blew me out of the water and then some! Thanks for the motivation!!
