View Full Version : Log to FIRST competition in September

My goal is to compete in next years competition in the beginning of September. I am on a week off and getting back on Saturday. I am bulking until May, then I am going to cut and get ready for competition.

I am going to log my every workout until then. I will update weight and body fat, measurements and progress pics.

Weight: 148 bulking
Body fat: 10.9%

Here where i live there is nothing to do so I am bored without going to the gym, so I like working out 6 days a week, here's my routine starting Saturday. Workouts are about an hour and I follow Max-OT principles for some things like 4-6 rep range and 1-2 main muscle groups.

Current Routine:
Mon: Legs
Tues: Chest
Wed: Back
Thur: Arms
Fri: Legs
Sat: Shoulders Traps
Sun: Rest

Will get pics and measurements put up, trainer has been out. First workout tomorrow brahs!!!

So I weighed myself this morning no food water or anything in me and I weighed 146. That's the way I weigh myself so taking a week off I've apparently lost 2 lbs. Can anyone tell me if that's alright or if its fat/muscle/water or combo of it.

Been miserable without gym this week so psyched for tomorrow. Might change my routine, arms after back doesn't work good
