This is hopefully going to help with my transformation to becoming a leaner person. I am glad to be able to participate in the new contest offered by Zima Nutrition with their new fat burner Adipo 6. I hope that this product will help shed off some of these pounds. My goal is to loose some of the extra weight that I am carrying around my midsection. I will keep a 2200 calorie diet and I will be working out and doing cardio 4 days a week with the cardio immediately after my workouts.

I took 2 doses today one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I really felt a good rise in energy this morning shortly after taking it. I plan on working out tonight as soon as I get off of work.

I did Exercise #1 and my 30 minutes of cardio afterwards last night and felt really good and energized throughout my entire routine. Today is my day off, but I still took my normal dosage today of 2 capsules (one at 8 a.m. and one at 2 p.m.).I am still feeling the energy from taking it today. I plan on uping the dosage by sometime next week. I don't want to jump in to quick with the dosage.

Still taking two pills a day snd I'm still feeling really really good shortly after taking it and the energy last for hours which is helping me out at the gym. The only thing is that I'm not feeling the appetite suppression from it yet.

Had a great workout on sunday before the superbowl. I can start to feel the appetite suppression from it. I was able to stay strong with the diet even though all the food that was around while watching the game.

I did pretty good with the super bowl food my self but I eat a few too many hot wings. How much weight have you lost so far? I am down 3 pounds so far so at this rate I should be right on track for my goal.

Yeah I was real worried about the food at the superbowl and eating to much and blow the contest. I have also lost 3 lbs. so far. So I'm right on track also with my total weight loss goal for this competion.

I started takeing the full dosage of 3 pills today and I am feeling great. I just took the third pill a little over a half an hour ago and I feel like I am ready to go to the gym. My workouts have gradually gotten better as more days pass. I also seem to be sweating a little more than usual when I workout.

I'm down 4 lbs since the start of the contest and feeling great. My workouts are still good and I did workout #2 on saturday and today I will be doing workout #3 tonight still keeping up the 30 minutes of cardio after the workouts.

So, you started at 215, whats your current weight? Have you been testing bf%?

Thanks I'm down to 211 now and my bf% was 17% at the start. I haven't tested it since then, but I plan to soon.

I couldn't believe it I weighed myself yesterday and I am down to 205. I can definitiely see more definition in my arms and chest. I don't know how much BF I have lost but I can definitely tell that it has gone down. I really think that the adipo has helped out a lot giving me ample amounts of energy to be able to push through the workouts.

Today is going to be my last day and I will be able to give you my final review as soon as I possibly can. So far I can tell you that I have really enjoyed taking Adipo 6 and will definately be taking it again.

I really enjoyed this contest and would like to thank Zima nutrition for this opportunity. I think that this contest halped with me becoming a leaner person.
When I started out with this contest I was 215 lbs at 17 % BF. At the end of the contest I was down to 204 at 16% BF.
I have to say that this has been the best fat burner that I have tried.
Ther were 4 things that I loved about Adipo 6
1. There was always a rise in energy after taking a dosage of Adipo 6
2. I never experience a crash in energy.
3. I never felt jittery after taking it like I have on other products.
4. Appetite suppression was great
