I stopped drinking coffee last week. I got 1/2 though my workout tonight and noticed I wasn't sweating at all. Normally I'm dripping. Have you noticed if coffee makes you sweat more?

^
causes vasodilation (more blood flow to skin)
increases core temp
increases heart rate
increases blood pressure
increases 'sensitivity' of your body to catacholamines (eg: adrenaline)

You combine that with working out and, yes, you'll get more sweat. ;)

But are the things you list for coffee or caffeine? I had 5 cups of green tea instead of the 1 cup of coffee.
