First show coming up, Been dieting for 5 weeks now. Starting weight 195, now down to 186-187. Right now, cutting on 2725 cals, 305 prot, 215 carbs and 80 fats. Yeah buddy

But yeah, I'd say RDA the protein, marathon runner the carbs, and kill the fat all together.....besides fat makes ya fat, bro.

Only 4? JRod does 5.

Rumor has it he drinks the 5 between pre-judging and finals.....hooked up to a catheter so no need for bathroom breaks.

Back to the topic......OP, you look very good for six weeks out. Especially considering its your first show. Nice work. Doesnt sound like you have to diet much!

So you have lost 8lbs in 5 weeks. That is just about perfect for fat loss. Are you doing any type of refeed or sticking with the same diet every day?

From the front it appears you are on schedule for 6 weeks out to be in pretty good shape. If you want a true assesment post some pics from the back so we can see lower back, hams and really tell if you need to speed things up.

Tell us about your training as well, how many days a week are you lifting\cardio.

You look taller than 6'1? Looking good for 6 weeks out man, it must be good to eat 2.7k, most people cut on about 1.7k 6 weeks out lol

not when you are over 6' tall
at 2700 and aggressive cardio, I am dropping serious fat fast

OP, you look good, time to get some tan going, you are REALLY WHITE, a decent base tan BEFORE applying stain really helps

Maybe my post came off the wrong way, I didn't mean it in a bad way just that his metabolism must be high or he does a lot of cardio
