that can be done in like 10 mins? gunna do it 5 nights a week. i really need quick feed by august next year.

Have you tried google? I have not seen too many speed ladder workouts on here in quite a while, and you may be better off google'ing that.

One Foot Each Square (Down & Back) Lead with different leg each time
Two Feet Each Square (Down & Back) Lead with different leg each time
One Foot Jumps (Down & Back) One Leg Down then switch coming back
Lateral Shuffles (Down & Back) Face Same way both times so different lead leg.
Icky Shuffle (Down & Back) If you don't know it just google it as it isn't hard
Reverse Icky Shuffle (Down & Back)
Ali Shuffle - Stand facing the ladder. Put your inside foot in the square and alternate feet jumping in and out so one foot is always in the square and one is always out.
