I've just finish my contest recently and now taking 3 weeks break from heavy weights training. There will be three stages in my prep.
Break stage- I will still be going to the gym for cardio and some body weight training like pull up and core training. Weight training will begin from 18 October onwards.
Strength stage - I will prepare and train my self progressively to gain as much strength and poundage for 8 weeks
Contest prep - 20weeks
