I've always been the skinny guy,it's seems like all of us have been ,that's where we get our drive, that's where I get my drive. A couple months ago I had enough of the your skin and bones jokes, and fell in love with bodybuilding. Now after twenty pounds of the amazingness that is noob gains,I think i know what I'm doing a little better and am starting this log to keep track.here we go.

Workouts

My general workout deal is a mix of a split and the essentials of ss,I have a three day split done twice a week,no it's not overtraining for now,Im in great shape. The split is legs upper and back, each day is based on the major lifts legs are squats and lunges, upper is bench and military press also pushups and pull ups.and back on dead lift, also on back day I hit abs and extra card, for card I run a mile a two a day.

Diet

Not as structured as it should be it is what I need to improve.gonna try to keep better track but ithinkieat enough because gains have not completely stopped

Supps

I have some creatine and protein also a little weight gainer, all from Wally world,it's cheap haha.seems to work fine though until I get a job.

Other

I get plenty of sleep

I will post pics later my end date for current basic program is may, when basketball and football tryouts are,yes I am going for sports.please support and help me will start tomarrow.
