View Full Version : body fat testing
Wondering if anyone can tell me about body fat testing. I was thinking about having it done so I can get a more accurate account of what I need to eat. Such as proteins and carbs. I weight train 5 days a week for about 90 min. I also do cardio for 45min a day 5 days aweek. I have been training for almost a year, heavy training for 6 months. I have lost about 20lbs and still need to lean up in my hips and legs. Thanks.

Here are a couple of websites that talk about how to measure bodyfat using calipers. The most important thing is to be tested by an experienced individual who is willing and able to test you every time. Consistency is the key to meaningful measurements - same calipers, same person testing every time. HTH.

OMG, it's Ergogal... Long time no talk. Hey, I get my lab tests back tomorrow, and I am talking to a Dr out on campus. I'll let you know the outcome.
