Hey guys Im new to this site. I have been trying to lose weight Im 6ft and 280 lbs. So far I have lost 44 lbs. I just start a gym membership but I need help to continue loosing more weight. by the way Im counting my calories and taking a supplement. I dont know the first thing about going to the gym I just basically walk on the treadmill cuz Im afraid to ask anyone what to do.

You should get a consutation with a personal trainer with your gym membership. This would get you started and may be better for you than asking others that are not completely aware of your personal strenghts and weaknesses. The trainer would better evaluate you as it will be in person. If this is not an option then get back with me. Don't be shy about asking either, you are paying for the service!
