Frying up eight eggs (from my own hens) and 6 thick slabs of bacon (from one of the three hogs I raised). Then off to a dove hunt with my best pal Rowdy (my Lab dog.). Still at the ranch.

My lab woke me up at 4:00 today, on a rest day. :) Oh well, reps for talking about my favorite food. The incredible, edible egg. :)

Add in some biscuits & gravy for a truly delicious breakfast, maybe not the healthiest but sure is damn tasty.

Didn't have time for the biscuits and gravy. But I am rolling them up in homade tortillas.

Gotta go. Rowdy is barking, and it is almost day break.

Lightweight!

Slept till noon, got 2 lbs of thick sliced bacon on the griddle, 14 breakfast sausages in line, and an 18 pack of eggs to go on after the meat.

3 boys, 2 in their teens, plus me and Lisa. :)

Not expecting a lot of leftovers.

:D

I am back. Had a great hunt. Got my limit, sat on my a$$ and let my dog do all the dirty work. BTW go Sooners. I know I'm from Texas, but I do not like TU. I am a diehard Aggie, class of 85.

LOL I graduated from UT, but it's Sooners all the way for me. You can take the boy out of Oklahoma, but you can't take Oklahoma out of the boy! Southwest Airlines always has a competition at Love Field. They strap a huge rope onto a 737, then OU and UT fans see how fast and far they can pull the plane across the tarmack! LMAO I haven't heard who won this year. The Oklahoma fans took the prize last year, but lost the football game.

Man that it was. One of the best games I have seen in a long time. Our Aggies are young. Hopefully they will put this loss behind them and have a successful season. BTW, I take it you will be rooting for UT.

No, not really, just staying neutral in this one. Hoping fro a good injury free game. Good luck to your Aggies the rest of the way.
