This little critter is so cute and has a very curious personality! I really find him adorable.

So, gimme some name ideas, Justus wants to name it Geico... We do not know the gender yet. It is too young.

I will put Jail Bird on the list.

He has not yet spoken, but is very animated/expressive.

Head up, name the geico whatever the hell you'd like! Have you boxed some ears yet? The orange flower on the patio just outside the door could be "Mabel!" I've got a lot on my plate at the moment, and when I think about it, I think of you! LMAO That's what these boards are worth! A good bit of honesty. I trust you're working through this whole thing, and making do as best you can. Ah hell, if life were easy, everyone would do it, right? Jump in and make do with what comes up! Tell me, is it worth it or not? Honestly. I think I know the answer!

Oh, I seriously was crushing on Jim Morrison back in the day! Loved the Doors!

Nice names, did you wait to see what gender they were? Will you breed them?

Since the gender is indeterminate, ... Its Pat!
I actually said that earlier tonight!

Honest is the BEST policy. I am an open book... I figure that way I do not have to remember who knows what. Much easier this way.

Love the Greco-Roman thing BTW. Wouldn't be weird if we named it Marius though? Would that classify me as a stalker?

Since I suggested it I think that gives you a pass.

Good, I think that name may stick... unless Justus thinks of a better name today at school. It is officially 'his' pet.

This would be MY choice: Boga

Q: What was the name of the lizard that obi wan rides in star wars episode 3?
A: The name of the lizard that Obi-Wan rides is Boga. Boga is the name of a popular soft drink in Tunisia.

(yes, HUGE Star Wars fan)

Did you make your decision?

Did you make your decision?

My daughter wants to name it Snape... (think Harry Potter series)... Justus said NO WAY! (He is still in the middle of the series and does not know how Snape turns out.

So, s/he remains nameless.

I proposed Lizzie2... but that was nixed.

I will let you know when a name is selected.

I am off today, so I will be going to purchase LIVE crickets/mealworms to feed this pet.

You have to understand, that for me to bring insects into my home is a HUGE thing. This is a mother's love driven thing.

I used to keep discus fish. One of the main staples of their diet was blackworms. These needed to be kept refrigerated. So at one time, you could open the fridge in my kitchen, and would see a big bowl of balls of blackworms writhing around. Enjoy the below photo. :D

Nice... did they ever escape the bowl and migrate into other foods?

No, but the earthworm colony I had in the closet had a few escapees. :D

*shudders* You have NO idea how much that would bother me.

I can handle bugs and worms, spiders, scorpions, and even snakes OUTSIDE! I prefer my abode be free from unwanted living things. Hence, my ex husband living in Iowa... ;)
