Hi there i am 18 and starting going to the gym 2 months ago i have seen small improvements in my body but i want vast improvements in my body i currently weigh 10kg im not fat but not skinny medium build at the moment my routine is as follows:

I go to the gym 5 times a week
twice chest and stomach
twice arms and sholuders and legs
one day for cardio and pull ups etc
and 2 days off
my chest exercises are bench press machine 3 x 12 upper to
free weight bench press 3x12 upper to
chest machine 3x12 for upper chest

stomach exercises include sit ups and press up

arms : 3x12 bicep curls machine
3x12 free weight bicep curls
3x12 forearm machine
3x12 tricep machine
shoulders: 3x12 shoulder machine (bench)
3x12 arny dips
3x12 pull ups and dips
legs: 4x50 calf press
4x50 quad press


i want to lose all the fat and convert to muscle i use promax protein shake and bars i am kind of on a calorie controlled diet no junk no juice high protein eg tuna chicken bioled ricee


please advise furtherrr!!

you weigh 10kg i asume u mean 100kg anyhow just keep going brah up da cardio
it takes time just like building muscle
