Well, I think I finally found a place on the internet I'd rather be than facebook! I'm glad I got here in time for my first transformation contest. Well here's a little history to why I'm even on this site, in high school I became interested in lifting when I was made fun of for being one of the smaller guys. Next thing I knew and to everyone's surprise I was one of the biggest guys in school over a year of lifting hard.
Another reason I lift is because I play football. College football has taken me some time to get used to because where I used to be stronger faster than other players, is not the same case! So recently I finally found some motivation to hit the weights harder! Now that I found a girl I'd like to keep I wanna not only become stronger, but become more cut. I'm thinking I want to make a move from linebacker to running back as well. So throughout this competition will I not only be trying to gain muscle, but also get that rock hard body and lose most of my body fat that was used as extra weight to make tackles on the field. I'm not sure what my body fat is and probably won't find out seeing as I work out in the athletic department's weight room. But I can keep track of my weight, PRs, and how I see myself.
Today was the first day that I wrote down all that I did and if anybody is interested in what I ate or what my workout consisted of today let me know and I will paste it into this thread even though the competition hasn't started I'm gonna get a head start on this thing!
