I really like diary and i'm sick of not being able to eat it. I've bought Lactaid in the past and It didn't work too well for me. my stool wasn't runny but I had very bad cramps. But I want to give this another shot
I highly doubt the directions on the back of the box are "one size fit all" It obviously varies depending on how tolerable the person is to diary, how much dairy the person is eating etc, etc.
Is there a more detailed guide line I should go by in terms of ingesting diary and the supplementation of lactaid? I really want this to work.

You are right in that 'one size might not fit all' - it really depends on your own digestive tract and just how intolerant of lactose you are.
For the Lactaid - There are no side effects from too much [it is just a digestive enzyme]. So you could increase the dose a little and see if that helps. You could also try altering the times a little too (eg: take it 5 mins BEFORE the dairy... then 20-45 mins AFTER as well?).

ask "The Solution" aka "LayzieBone085" who claimed to have a lactose intolerance problem and was miraculously cured. haha, long joke. nvm
