It's telling me that C:\Windows\system32\drivers\sqnpfnha.sys cannot be extracted. I'm trying to get rid of a virus, so I'm assuming that the virus is somehow blocking system restore. Is there any way to force it? Or can someone tell me what that driver does, would it be safe to delete it?
Damn you pornhub.

im not completely sure on stuff about computers but whenever i get a virus or something bad i dont bother with antivirus crap. all i do is reinstall the os. if you cant do that then go to safe mode and try system restore. good luck

Download Super Anti Spyware and Malware Bytes. After you download them, run them and update them. Don't scan yet.
Also, download AVG if you don't already have a good anti-virus.
After you install those programs and update the definitions, reboot your computer in safe mode.
Run the scans.
That should work.

Just a tip for future reference, doing a system restore will not remove a virus.
Reboot comp into safe mode with networking, install Malwarebytes, update it, run it, reboot into normal mode. Will rid you of almost all basic infections.
