Man, all the hard work and sweat is totally worth it when you run across somebody you haven't seen in ages, and they stare at you and go "Damn dude....you used to be chubby and now you're CUT!" Its always inspiring to see your own progress but when others are just shocked, its extremely flattering and motivational!
Absolutely worth every drop of sweat. Not to mention the attention from the gals at the clubs.....its amazing what a difference there is. No doubt about it, I find motivation every day for the bodybuilding lifestyle and love every punishing minute of it!!
