*This topic is sensitive for me , But what ever*

Acanthosis nigricans , is what i have and i have had it since I could remember and No
it doesnt go away from hard scrubbing its a genetic disease/disorder.

I'm trying to get help from all worlds, im waiting for a dermatologist atm. I went when i was like 14 he gave me a cream that did **** all, so thats why i was reluctant to go again.

As of now im asking the bodybuilding world for some advice, with some insight as to what i am doing at the moment.

I started a carb cycle http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par30.htm , seemed like a viable answer to control insulin even more!
But there is something that makes this a bit more complicated, i want to start taking Creatine for the first time, because if you see my pictures which are below,
i am 198ishlbs @ 6footish (its been said that im taller, i base height off my 15yr driver's license 6ft.) 100% Nicaragüense

I am taking 3:1 tbsp dextrose/creatine, i was told ratio is 5:1 but since i'm scared of pushing my AN even worse right now its a pale brown before it was a dark brown.
So i only take 3:1 x 3 /day (on 2nd day)

Questions:
1.Should i Keep losing weight to control this? In my mind 180ish is an ideal height for my body but before i go below that, I am in fear of looking too skinny/weak or mal-nutriioned.( I have been told this, which is why i wanted creatine in the first place)

2. Would taking Creatine do irreversible Insulin spikes that will stay in my system for months to years? Because i would like to maintain a certain size and ensure maximum muscle maintenance for my last cut(might be 1-3 months), i wanted to take creatine.

3. Will Chromium Picolinate, balance out the Creatine-insulin spike ?
I already have the supplement, and i am using it.

Below, are pictures:
One with a shirt, a couple posing, abdomen shot
Also, if you do know about AN i have it in all the specified places.

P.S. - I want help from here mostly, because there are some things just not accepted in the medical world with out controversy, and i really dont wanna fight those battles.

There is no need to supplement creatine with an insulin spike. If it affects your AN, then leave it. Creatine still gets into the cells without an insulin spike and eventually, you'll reach the maximal saturation level. If it has any chance of affecting your pathology, you shouldn't do it. It's just not worth it. Creatine on its own is fine. Your health comes first rather than optimizing creatine mobilization into the myofibers.

I was scared for this thread to have any responses, i actually wanted it to let it die rather than force a bump answer. AN is a sensitive topic for me, but yeah anyways

Because i didnt really understand the nature(absorption, reception, etc.) in my body of creatine I wanted to make sure i wasnt wasting my money.

But i really appreciate your answer, i would prefer to throw away my money(or like you said not optimize) rather than lose a couple months in insulin control.
