Hi guys and gals, I am trying to get ready for a fitness model competition coming up Nov 17th, so I have about 8 weeks left. I am almost 6'3" and weigh about 193 right now. My best guess on body fat% would be around 11%, I will post pictures as soon as I take them.I really wanted to come in under 7% but I dont know if that is possible in the time I have. Im seeing my top 2-4 abs very well and am happy all around except for chest and lower stomach area. I have been killing it everyday most days twice a day. I have been keeping carbs somewhat lower from 10 weeks out I have been taking in 100 grams carbs, as of last week I cut back down to 60-80 grams carbs. I have no real Idea of what to do before contest I need a little guidance for free (isnt that always the case=) But I would really appreciate your help and time Thanks so much guys!

If it's a fitness model competition they will expect you to come in around 6-7%, so you should be able to look reasonably good in 8 weeks. Consecutive days of 60-80g carbs will really start to effect your performance, so I would consider upping the carbs while keeping overall calories in a deficit.

Diet looks good, any idea on how many calories? It's good to be precise as possible.

Keep cardio consistent and still hit the weights. Try for shorter workouts but good intensity. Don't need to go crazy with the cardio, just go for High Intensity interval sessions about 2 times per week, then 3-4 sessions of low-med intensity cardio for 30-60 mins.

Good luck!

Taking in around 1800-2000 cals on this diet.
