hi
im female and 26 years old
im doing regular excecise for 1year and i watched my diet
i started to do cardio every day 1h for 3months and some days weight lifting after i didnt see any result to lose my tigh fat i stoped cardio and i did weight lifting ,erobic
but now after 1year im still the same and i didnt lose my tigh fat
i tryed every thing but it didnt work !
im just give up and i decide today to stop going gym wen i dont see even a small change in my body!
would some one help me and give me some advice please.

Change your diet. If eating "good" foods ie: fruits and veggies, lean cuisine meals etc... isn't working for you then try cutting out the carbs. For me, carbs are the enemy. They may be for you too. This means you eat only meat, eggs and cheese with a VERY limited amount of green veggies. You can occasionally treat yourself to low carb ice-cream like Breyers carb-solutions or no sugar added. Another nice treat is sugar-free pudding.
