im 20yrs old, so basically i need help with all this workout stuff, not my type of thing thats why im probably overweight so i've decided to change that but i need some help with this stuff, im about 5'11, 230lbs, im looking to loose fat and gain muscle so im looking for someone who can design sort of a workout routine for me someones who knows what there doing. that would be much appreciated. i was thinking to maybe cut down to about 200lbs and bulk up but im not sure so i would like some advice on that thanks in advance!

Someone can do a routine for you and you can follow that routine 100% but that doesn't mean you will get results. What's important is diet and everyone's diet is different. What works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa. Your best bet is to do some reading (pick up a mens health magazine) look at some routines, and as for your diet do some trial and error.
