you are carb depleted and when you are carbed up.
currently on a carb depletion cycle. and got bf% tested, and i know when you are carbed up, your muscles get "bigger" or fill out more, and your skin tightens around the muscle.
Does anyone know this?
currently at around 13% bf at carb depleted
hopefully some bb'ers who are cutting for comps can help me with this

Think about what you're asking and you can answer this yourself.
If you don't add bodyfat with a simple carb load then take all the additional weight gain you get and apply that to your skin fold measurements.
So if someone goes from 200 to 205 on a carb load then basically they just added 2.5% more LBM mass. (LBM mass is a funny measure and so is BF%. Basically if it's not fat it's LBM). If you were at 10% BF (20lbs of fat) now you should be at about 9.75% BF.
Something like:
Absolute difference = |205 - 200| = 5
Average value = (205 + 200) / 2 = 202.5
Percent difference = (5 / 202.5) X 100 = 2.47%
10/1.0247 = 9.76%BF (Assuming you didn't add any fat)
The real question is ... Who cares?
