Just need a bit of guidance from experienced keto dieters as this is my first time on it im well disciplined so have no problem sticking to one iv done much research on keto but im just not 110% confident in my diet and could use some opinions on it on wether my food and supplement choices are good in terms of keepin me in a state of keto, its only my second day into the diet heres my nutrtional break down :

by my calculations i got
2130 cal
130g fat
170g protein
30 odd grams of carbs
i weigh 167lbs and im 13.5% bf tryin to touch single digits i feel i havent run out of energy yet but it is only my 2nd day in and my training at the mo is just weights chest mon, back tuesday,shoulders traps wednesday,bis tris thursday,legs friday and im goin for an all body workout saturday afternoon before i carb up, im currently usin phd diet whey and reflex natural whey and usns testo booster, sorry bout the long post just thought id be as thorough as possible any ideas, opinions would be really helpfull thanks guys.

looks good op, no starchy carbs in there so u should be fine. i have heard a nutritionist recommend mainly green vege, like beans,broccoli,spinach and asparagus as preferred, but u will be fine. ive been on keto for 5 weeks and carb up ev 3 days or my 18 th meal with great results. just keep lifting heavy and u WILL get results,gl brah

ok cool, i was a bit worried about the tomatoes coz iv heard alot of negativity about them on a keto diet but theyre pratcially no carbs at like 0.3 per 100g so im not sure why their considered bad, how did you find ur first few days on keto i dont feel like iv run out of steam yet but im constantly hungry

u got to live a little ey, so eat ur tomatoes brah if thats wat u prefer, u cant always eat broccoli.lol.
i was a bit light headed the first 1-2 weeks on it, but not now. my energy has been the best ever imo, as it feels great not goin up and down on sugar highs from carbs. u just hav a constant fuel supply all day i find. and when i carb up the veins in my hand are popping right out,looks mad as. i never really get hungry, i eat ev 2.5 hrs, 6meals a day each with, 50gms protein, 15-20gms fats, and most meals 1 cup beans, and 1apple and 1 or 2 oranges a day, so around 15gms carbs just not starchy ones. u can just stay on this diet until u get where u want to be, no point stressing and trying to achive things too quick,else u might not enjoy urself as much, thats wat ive found brah.
