Aight guys, I am pissed. Spent an hour trying to get a good log started and my computer crashed so here we are again....a little cranky now but.....man it was good!!!!!

Day 0:

First is First......the good's I will be rockin:

If I add or take anything away, I will post it that day. I have taken A TON of supplements over my years of working out so far so I know my body well and how it is responding to a certain compound. I am excited to see how this stack affects me.

A little about me:
Ever since 6 years old, I have always been in some type of activity/sport/competitive scenario. I was a gymnast for 10 + years and after quitting quickly began my journey into the land of the iron. Along the way, I have done martial arts, football, diving, and pole vaulting. After quitting gymnastics, I was a ripped 155lbs but throughout my hard work and dedication, I was able to get up to about 185lbs. I decided I just wanted to be huge so I started pounding weight gainers and eating everything under the sun and it wasn't long until I hit 230lbs. I definately enjoyed the amount of iron I could move in the gym but didn't like my look or the way I felt. I gained too much fat along the way. Now I am back down to around 180-185 lbs....I fluctuate. Unfortunately I can't eat everything I want to like I use to.....my waistline quickly let's me know but God did bless me with a better than normal metabolism so I don't have to watch it too close. Just recently, I have discovered the world of crossfit. It is definately some legit stuff and it helps me push things to the edge. Due to the 26 hours I am taking this semester in school, it is hard form me to get in all my hobby's/passions. Here are my measurements......

Age: 25

Height: 5' 9"

Weight: today, 183 lbs

Waist: 33 in at the bellybutton

Arms: L- 17.25 R-17.5 in

Chest: About 47.5 in

Quads: L-23 R-22.5 in at mid thigh

BF: probably about 10-12%

Goals:
My goal for this stack is to lose a few %BF and maintain my weight. I would definately like to increase my size and increase the weight I can push in the gym but I know that will be hard to do while loosing weight.....but let's see what we can do.

Workout:
Ok.....my workouts might seem sporadic. I am the type who likes to listen to their body and let it determine what I am gonna do that day. If I am just not feeling it then I won't do what I had planned. Also, I still have a passion for gymnastics so I will throw in workouts here and there but for the purposes of this log, I am gonna try to keep those to a min. I might throw in a few crossfit WODS, maybe hot yoga, use the EFX rings a little, and or some p90X but here is what I have laid out so far.....A mix of heavy weights and high intensity EDT workouts.

Weeks 1/3/5:
Either a 5 x 5 or a 4 x 6-8
Mon: AM Cardio
Tue: Chest/Tri
Wed: Off
Thur: Back/Bi
Fri: AM Cardio PM Legs/Calves
Sat: AM Cardio PM Shoulders/Traps

Diet:
My least favorite ! Ok, so with my God blessed genetics I don't have to diet too hardcore. As of late I have done quite a bit of reading and definately like the Paleo way of nutrition. I have been doing it off and on and think it is great if you can stick with it. If any of ya'll don't know what paleo is then look up robb wolf and listen to some of his podcasts on the topic. Basically, it is a high fat, high protein and low to no carb diet (other than from veggies or fruit). I am following an unweighed paleo diet which I will keep track of what I eat just not specific macro breakdowns.....If I feel I wanna pull in my waistline even more then maybe I will start counting macro's but as of now, I just don't have that much time.

Finally, I wanna give a shout out to Molecular Nutrition for giving me this opportunity to try out their products and really put them to the test. Also, I wanna thank APS too for letting me try out some of their pre-workout products. I am excited to see if these products can help me reach my goals. I am not affiliated or know anyone from either of these companies. If you want an unbiased log that you can follow along with then this is it. If I don't like something or didn't think it worked, I will post that. Also, pics and measurements don't lie and I will be posting before and after pics/meausrements so hold tight and lets get this party started!!!!!!

I am sure I am forgetting stuff and this is my second go around at typing the start up to my log so getting tired and cranky so it is off to bed. Jumping Push-ups onto blocks (height x 4) -BW x 10/10

Tabata Plank Holds with 45 lb weight on back (30 secs hold then 10 secs rest then 30 secs hold and repeat) Total of 5 Rounds

Burned out Triceps with Rope Pushdowns with stack…… 3 sets to failure

When I got home I used the EFX Rings (like gymnastics rings) and did a total of 20 muscle ups

Thoughts:
Had a pretty decent workout today. Felt really strong but endurance kinda lacking. I like the pump I got from taking the 2 X-Factor pre-workout. Different then most pumps I have felt. Just big and solid. Too early to note any changes in libido or anything yet from the test factor. Did notice that the AT2 makes me sweat a little more throughout the day. Definitely had some good energy going for my workout. I did notice I was ready to go kill some weights though which is totally different than I have been lately. Not in an angry way just a motivated way. We will if that sticks around. More to come tomorrow and will get the picks up shortly! Any feedback or suggestions is welcomed! Let’s get this thing going guys.

Today was a lackluster day to say the least. Woke up a little late which threw my whole day off because I had to be at school all day and forgot some food/supps. So I ended up missing one of my meals in between. Also, not suppose to workout today but was gonna hit the gym anyway so saved 3 X-factor to try pre-workout but ended up having to help some people move so I will be glad to start fresh tomorrow. Here is a quick breakdown:

Meal 1 –
8 oz steak
1 chicken sausage
1 large grapefruit
2 tbsp almond butter

--missed my snack of almonds and Map—

Meal 2-
Chicken Breast
½ Avocado
½ cup jalapenos
2 tbsp almond butter

Meal 3-
6 oz steak
1 happy cow cheese light
1 cup broccoli

Meal 4-Cheat meal
Got Mexican food for helping move my friends….yep I have no self control  but like I said this is not gonna be a strict cut down and my metabolism is pretty good to go so 

Supps:
-Pretty much rolled the same as I did yesterday-
4 x X-Factor (Meal 2 and 3 after meal 3)
5 x Test Factor (bumped up to 5 because that will last me the same amount of time as the X-Factor—2 x between Meal 1 and 2 and took 3 with my “pre-workout” X-factor)
3 x AT2 (2 before meal 1 and 1 after meal 2)
3 x mycogreen MST with Meal 1
4 x Uni-liver ( 2 x Meal 1 and 2)

Took some NOW Digestive enzymes along with my bigger beef meals
Still haven’t got in my APS supps yet so we will leave those out for now

Thoughts:
Like I said, today was an off day. I will be on my game tomorrow….back/bi’s baby! Already ready to light them up! Still not too much to notice today. Sweating up….most likely from the AT2/libido still about the same…..maybe a tad higher than normal and a slight swelling down below/I did however notice that when I was helping move that I seemed kinda pumped up and my vascularity was up so things might be kicking in a little. Like I said before, not looking for things to kick in that quick yet so excited for week 1 and 2 to roll along . My chest/tri’s weren’t too sore this morning, however, I do notice that as the day progresses that the DOMS got slightly worse. I attribute this to the X…..my chest usually never gets really sore no matter how hard I pound it. Still can't get my camera to upload the pics yet so here is me a few months back.

thats always a pain when your getting ready to lift and somebody needs something, in the scheme of things it is always very worthwhile to help out, lend a hand and do a favor for a friend though.

Had a pretty good day today…..a little tired from last night (moving that is  ) but all was good.

Meal 1-

NOX-CG3 (still waiting on APS supps so I had a bunch of samples and drank quite a bit of caf today so I wanted to stay away from any stimmed pre-workouts)

1 scoop of Power Shock VPX (picked up a tub of this today because needed sum AA’s…..mixed really well and tastes good…..I got grape……except I have come to the conclusions I just can’t drink anything during workout….makes me nauseous and kills the stomach….so drank the rest of it post workout)

Ok, so decided to re-arrange my schedule and up the intensity on this stack…..so doing whole body twice a week. Did legs today, and I have to admit it…..I usually don’t do legs….yep I said it…..tore a hammy a few years ago and it still bothers me and I just never got excited about legs…..plus I can wear shorts at the beach  haha! But had to get my legs kicking for ya’ll!

Thoughts:
Decent workout today. Just felt nauseous today and stomach was killin…….decided that I just can’t handle any type of intra-workout drink….only water. Nevertheless, still got some good pumps going, just focused on getting back to some heavier weights….I could tell on the leg press my hammy was pretty tight so didn’t push it as much as I woulda liked but it’ll get there. Veins were poppin in my calves, which I was pretty shocked about! So, so far things are going great!!!!!!!! Just starting to stress because in a few weeks I get hit with tests hard!!!! STUDY STUDY STUDY….trying to keep the stress levels down though…keep the cortisol at bay and keep me from stress eating! Looking forward to tomorrow though….gonna hit some good stuff……ARMS and SHOULDERS baby!!!!! Woooooopppppp!

Noticed:

Libido-up a notch or 2

Muscle Hardness-definitely increasing

DOMS-yea….definately think the X is already kicking in on me because my pecs keep getting progressively sorer…..My pecs where burning doing hanging straight leg raises toes to bar today)

Vascularity-definitely increased….some girl even told me my veins in my arms were poppin today!  ….also, when I was doing calves today, I noticed veins poppin in them which I rarely see….I forgot my iphone or I woulda taken a pic….next time!!!!

Pumps-I am definitely feeling a slight pump….not like the pumps from a pre-workout drink but just solid and tight….definitely enjoying it so far. …..so we will say pumps up a notch

Well, only 3 days in and things are already starting to pick up. This has exceeded my expectations because I figured it would take at least a week or 2. I am excited for when things really get turned up…..and I dunno if it’s the AT2/X or what but 1 pound lost already……that is NICE 

a note on the power shock, I am 90% sure your nausea was due to the high dose of nitrates, not the bcaa's. bcaa mix real thin and digest easily, that product makes me quite nauseous though due to the high dose of nitrates.

Sorry I didn't get this posted last night but here was yesterday's rundown.

Day 4:

Meal 1-

Big Burrito with fajita meat/beans/rice/lettuce and some sour cream...mmmmmmm delicious

Meal 4-
Purple in Train x 1 scoop
Power Shock x 1 scoop
1 packet of Hydro-whey

Meal 5-uuggggghhhh...yea I majorly cheated today...took the lady out for italian tonight

Chicken Fet Alfredo (ate it all!!!!!!!) and wine
2x X-factor
and can't forget the cheescake ice cream for dessert

......but I weighed myself this morening AND STILL DOWN 1/2 a pound!!!!!!!!!!

Workout:

Did an hour long seesion of hot yoga....temp in the room 98.6 and humididty 60%....I was sweating within the first 5 mins.....this was alot harder than I thought.....we did more holding poses than stretching.....abs and legs are pretty sore!

no workout after because I was shot! I really enjoyed it though...think it will definately help with flexibility and core strength!

Supps:
No AT2 today....think it was mainly my allergies because my nose was still running today so gonna start back with a few caps tomorrow

Thoughts:

Lovin this stack so far......think things are really about to kick into overdrive. Even though I have a good metabolism, I think the X is allowing me to eat more and still lose weight....lovin it.

DOMS....chest is still pretty sore from earlier in the week...legs are killin so doms are up a notch

Libido.....still about the same as yesterday so its up a notch

Muscle Hardness.....this is where this stack is shinning so far.....My muscle seem to stay hard and big throughout the day....I love it!!!!!!!

Vascularity.....definately stay alot more vascular than usual.

So far, everything is going great! I think the X and TF are about to kick into overdrive.....thus far, I have enjoyed the stack greatly! Stay tuned for todays workout...lets get er done

Day 5:

Things are starting to kick in!

Betancourt bullrush recelerator (had a sample pack...think I am gonna order me some...pretty decent formula and good tasting)

Meal 4-

Meal 5-yep cheated again big time
Pizza and ice cream....tomorrow its back to go time

....side note.....I was still down in weight this morning!!!!!!!!!

Workout:

Behind the Neck Presses-on smith...went up to 155 lb...i think... 4sets

All in all it turned out to be a good day.....things are starting to come around....strength in the gym today was great! Endurance was better than normal.....veins still poppin out!

DOMS-eheh not too sore....so doms still not kickin yet
Libido-holding about the same which is a little above normal but not alot
Muscle hardness-this aspect is what is shining the most right now....lovin it
Vascularity-this is the next aspect that is standing out the most.....definately alot more vascular than normal

Things are looking up guys and they are only gonna get better! Gonna start posting more videos so get ready! Does anyone know how to post them though so they just show up in the thread instead of having to put a link????? I have vids going in the other forums but I can't get them to work here :(

Today was a pretty lax day.

1.5 serving Chipotle sweet potato and veges
1 Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 stick of cheese

Meal 2-
1 pack Tuna
½ cup turkey pepperoni
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp vegeniese

Meal 3-
1 packet casein by ON
2 tbsp Almond Butter

Meal 4-
4 x eggs
2 tbsp Salsa
½ turkey pepperoni
…finished off some ice cream ……

Supps:
4 x X-Factor
5 x T-Factor
1 x AT2

Workout:
Did a relatively short EFX Ring Workout consisting of handstands/handstand push ups/Planches/Crosses/muscle ups, etc.

I bet your right swole......makes sense man! Would you dose them with a post-workout meal then you think? Were you able to get through the whole tub?

I havent used much of the tub, but when I was using it I was sipping on a half scoop over a prolonged period due to the nausea if I drank it quickly or used a full dose.

I have been under the weather for the past 2 days and ended up having to get on some allergy meds ! Been killing me! So didn't get yesterdays log up.

Day 8 (Yesterday):

Still feeling pretty crappy this morning.....if I could get me freaking sinus' to stop running that would be great! My appetite wasn't there today at all and I felt like eating junk

DOMS-Finally starting to kick up a notch.....not like I was expecting but my pecs just felt really tight and sore today! Love it!

These 2 days were off days but still took 4 x XF and 5 x TF.......I dunno if it is the TF or XF but my appetite has been off the hook the past few days.....I can't get full. Muscle hardness is still up. Libido feels kinda down for some reason. Sometimes I react sorta different the some T-booster supps.

Had a great workout today considering how tired I was. Had a test this morning so went to bed late plus the pup kept me up so I am exhausted. Took about a 30 min nap when I got home but felt like a zombie

Muscle Hardness-This is such an awesome aspect of this stack. Muscles just feel so solid. It is great!!!!!!!!!
Vascularity-Oh man oh man.....I didn't even have to start pumpin the weights today and my viens looked like garden hoses....
Strength-definately feel like it is on the rise. Feel really strong when I first start out just feel like my endurance has taken a dive.......maybe the CN and nitrozine can help with that aspect
Side Effects-just increased in breakouts both on my face and on my back...also, not really a SE but my appetite has been off the chain
Pumps-love the pumps on this stack....nothing like the typical "NO pump" where you feel it for maybe 30 min then its gone. Starting to feel it throughout the day....and its just a tight muscles feel bigger feeling. Love it.
DOMS-Feeling more sore than normal but nothing too bad.....still waiting for this to kick in.
Weight loss-looking leaner even though been eating everything under the sun

Off day today.....man oh man, was I sore ALL over today from my gymnastics workout....those stabilizer muscles definately don't get that type of workout in a regular gym....necks sore, back is sore, forearms, palms of hands and soles of feet, ggggeeezzzzzzz!!!!!

So did 3 series for a total workout time of around 45 min........EDT is KILLER!!!!!!

Holy ish though was I pumped to the hilt and viens were popping like crazy. As of right now, fat loss and muscle harness are amazing. Haven't been eating the best diet but still down in wiehgt, muscle's are hard as a rock, and viens are popping like crazy. Love it guys! Pump is spectacular but I attribute this more too the APS supps because I got decent pumps from the XF pre-workout but not like this. All these supps together = AMAZING Stay tuned!

Pump-insane today! My pecs were bulging after my workout and my lats felt like they were gonna explode
Vascularity-ridiculous....this seems to improve each week as well! Been having to go over to the clinic for adjustments and even my intern noticed hahah.....yea she did baby :)
Leaning effects-ok this for me has been the best part of this stack. The past 2 weeks my diet has really gone overboard but I am still looking lean and mean! Not too much is spilling over to fat......makes me wonder what the X could do on a bulk....hhhhmmmmm 50 days off then 50 days on bulk.....that is the plan :)
Side effects-none to report right now...other than DOMS :) ....that is the good side though
Strength-I have noticed a steady increase in strength and adding a few reps to each set....nothing earth shattering but I will take it.

XF can be a yr round supplement at a lower dose (1 cap)

I also often do 2 caps preWO for a few months at a time with fairly short "off cycles".

HEy fit, yep I am definately a believer in the X now! I read reviews that said the 2nd bottle is where it is at...and I have to admit was skeptical....but not anymore because the 2nd bottle is really where it is at! Love this stuff! Wasn't sure in the begging how beneficial for me AR would be since I eat so much red meat but I definately am reaping its benefits.

Hey swole, so I can use a single cap per day year around? How much benefit would that give then going off 50 days then back on? Also, if I plan using this on a bulk here in a few months could I use one cap a day and be so called "off" for 50 days then start my bulk with the X or would it be better to take off the 50 days then start the X back up? HEy fit, yep I am definately a believer in the X now! I read reviews that said the 2nd bottle is where it is at...and I have to admit was skeptical....but not anymore because the 2nd bottle is really where it is at! Love this stuff! Wasn't sure in the begging how beneficial for me AR would be since I eat so much red meat but I definately am reaping its benefits.

Hey swole, so I can use a single cap per day year around? How much benefit would that give then going off 50 days then back on? Also, if I plan using this on a bulk here in a few months could I use one cap a day and be so called "off" for 50 days then start my bulk with the X or would it be better to take off the 50 days then start the X back up? THnaks fella's!

Awesome to hear the ArA is making a believer out of you. I knew you would like it. As for your question for Tim and I think he will agree the 50 days off is really just recommended when your doing the higher dosing 4-6. If you do the 1 cap a day as a regular dose stopping isn't really necessary. Its really a good idea for those also that do not get alot of ArA in their diet.

Tried some APS mesomorph.....LOVED IT! I usually don't like pre-workouts with 1,3 Dimeth, but man it gave me just the right get up and go I needed....I didn't get the pumps or vascularity I have been getting but definately a decent pump and great smooth energy!

Chest:
-got to the gym late so only had about 45 min to workout tonight so had to make the best of it! I could have definately kept going though even though I was moving pretty fast between sets!
-Have some vids to post but can't find my cable tonight so it'll have to wait tomorrow! :(

Man, you are there. If you ever think of competing and have any questions hit me up anytime. Water depletion really isn't necessary. The trick is to get as lean as possible without having to play tricks with your body and take a chance on coming in flat or spilled over(smooth).

I am sad to say that I am on my last day as of tomorrow BUT! I already have another bottle that I just bought for a mantainance phase.......tell's how highly I have enjoyd this product! I plan on using it again at full dose in another 50 or so days! Awesome stuff!

That's for sure, I started in 1996 and said that's my last one and have been competing since. I love the discipline and hard work involved but the diet gets old. If you ever think about it try a mini-cut just to see how your body responds and then shoot for a show in a year or so.

X-Factor Advanced FINAL Review!!!!!!! (drum roll please )

Vascularity: 9/10
Well, this is one of the first effects that I noticed from this product! I started seeing some great vascularity within about a week of use. I couldn’t believe this because most some of the reviews I have read said things don’t start kickin’ into high gear until the 2nd bottle but it sure kicked in quick for me! This stayed strong throughout the cycle and even right now I am still very vascular. I had several people at school comment on my vascularity

Weight Loss: 9/10
I would say that there was a considerable recomp/weight loss from this product! I was trying to do a semi cut/recomp! Unfortunately I wasn’t always the strictest on my diet! But even then I didn’t gain back near the fat/or weight that I normally would especially after shoveling as much crap into my system as I was. I am in a Doctoral program and right now am taking 26 hours so between not getting any sleep (around 5-6 hours a night)/stressed to the max (as I am sure my cortisol levels are)/ and binge eating I would say this stack did wonders for me! I would definitely like to try this on a bulk to see how much I could gain without gaining a whole lot of fat! I bet it would produce some excellent results!

Strength: 6/10
I would say this is the one aspect I didn’t gain a lot out of! Which this goal was my lowest priority! I am out of my days where I thought I needed to try to be the strongest guy in the gym! I have grown all the wiser now! Especially taking care of old shoulder/hamstring injuries! As long as I am increasing some weights and keeping good form then I am good to go! I had a mixed variety of workouts that weren’t aimed specifically at strength so that was also part of the problem! The one thing I did notice that when I did take 2 X-factor and 3 test factor about 45 min before working out that I felt much stronger just my endurance wasn’t there! Maybe on a Max-OT/DC program I woulda seen more from this!

Muscle Hardness: 9/10
This was the ish….along with the vascularity!!!! For some reason this and the vascularity aspect of this stack hit hard and fast because my muscle seemed to get harder by the day! This maintained and still has throughout the whole cycle! I imagine that if you got down to some single digit BF levels that veins and muscle hardness would be re-freaking-ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Endurance: 6/10
This, along with strength, weren’t too noticeable! During the first bottle I felt when I would unrack the weight I was strong but man, just wore out really quick but by the middle of the second bottle this started to kick back up! I do attribute some of this and the strength due to the fact I wasn’t getting a whole lotta sleep though and was stressed to the max!

Pump: 8/10
This was another excellent aspect! Especially when I dosed 2 before a workout…..wwwwwwweeeeeeeeehhhh hhhhwwwwweeeeee! Watch out! But, for me, it was a different pump than the so called “NO” products out there! It was more like a muscle hardness/my body is slowly getting larger and harder ( that didn’t come out right ) but ya understand what I am getting at  I would say 2 XF would be a better bet than most of the stimmed filled pre-workouts out there right now! Now if you can’t live without your stims then I guess you can add then to it  but for me that was never a problem! I workout later at night so try to stay away from stimmed pre-workout products for the most part unless I am just really drained from the day! I can still handle a hefty dose of stims late at night though and go to bed fine….maybe I have adrenal fatigue! Who knows!

DOMS: 6/10
This aspect never really kicked in a great deal for me! I had read a bunch of reviews that talked about how bad there doms were but mine weren’t too bad! Really I didn’t start getting too noticeable of doms until the first week/1.5 weeks into my second bottle! Nevertheless I was craving them and felt great when I got them

Energy: 7/10
This product is not really meant for energy but I would say taken pre-workout that sometimes I felt it gave me a decent boost in energy…..I mean it is a fat isn’t it? Some days I felt good and other just drained but I felt I could tell a difference some days!

How I dosed and how much:
I only dosed 4 Pills ….split into 2 doses! I dosed in the morning and another either pre-workout or with dinner. I would really like to try a higher dose for a little shorter run! I have seen a few logs where guys were running a lot higher dose than recommend, nevertheless, you will get great results with XF!

Negatives and/or side effects:
Only 2 negs I would give this stack! First, oily skin! Definitely kicked up within the first week but I would say subsided around week 3 for me! The only downfall to this stack is price! That is the ONLY negative comment I can make…..nothin is perfect guys ! I had to try to find something I didn’t like about this stack and that was all I could come up with! But if you really think about it, it is only $50 a month for the XF! A lot of the pre-workout powders and BCAA mixes cost that much….some of them only for like 20 servings!

Overall: 9/10
I think this is an AWESOME supplement! For someone who is looking for a NATURAL means of gaining and edge, getting bigger, strength, vascularity, etc……..this is gonna be the go to!!!!!!!  It definitely delivered! It is not gonna be earth shattering or something that will just happened and guys think they are gonna gain roid like poundages off of it but for us natural atheletes…….I am happy with any little bit I can gain! I was a gymnast for 12 years and have been lifting weights ever since quitting! I pretty much maintain my physique year round due to I feel I have just hit a platuea and have reached my genetic potential! I feel with a little tweeking and a lot less stress and more sleep I would make some better gains but unfortunately I have about 3 years of school left before that happens so any NATURAL supplement that can give me these kind of gains within a 50 day period is definitely a keeper in my book!

Would I use again:
Hell to the yea I would….oh wait for it….I already have another bottle sitting right here! ! I am gonna go with swoles recommendation and take a 1 maintenance tab per day then here pretty soon hit it back up! I haven’t decided if I wanna bulk or cut again when I the next 50 days! So many options!

Would I recommend:
If you are a natural athlete who wants to gain an edge and who doesn’t have some unrealistic expectations thinking supplements are what gets someone big and ripped and actually follow a good diet/exercise program then YES…I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend! I know everyone responds differently to supplements but I would say AT LEAST 90% of the reviews I have seen have produced similar to better results than I obtained from this stack. Also, I have seen reviews out there with people who were like “I took ONE bottle and I didn’t get anything from it”…..I think it is IMPERITIVE that you don’t judge the product until you are FINISHED with the SECOND bottle! That is really where it is at even though I got some great results really fast and in the beginning….my best gains came during the 2nd bottle.

Finally, I would really like to thank Molecular Nutrition and the Reps for MN! You guys rock and were very supportive throughout the log and gave great advice! Thank you so much for this opportunity! I hope I lived up to ya’lls expectations in a logger! I was very skeptical about XF and had been looking at it for a while but ya’ll definitely turned me into a believer! There are very few supp companies out there that I trust and deliver what they promise but MN has done that for me so thanks fellas!
